go-git is a highly extensible git implementation library written in pure Go. An argument injection vulnerability was discovered in go-git versions prior to v5.13. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an attacker to set arbitrary values to git-upload-pack flags. This only happens when the file transport protocol is being used, as that is the only protocol that shells out to git binaries. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.13.0.
TeamViewer Desktop for Windows before 15.8.3 does not properly quote its custom URI handlers. A malicious website could launch TeamViewer with arbitrary parameters, as demonstrated by a teamviewer10: --play URL. An attacker could force a victim to send an NTLM authentication request and either relay the request or capture the hash for offline password cracking. This affects teamviewer10, teamviewer8, teamviewerapi, tvchat1, tvcontrol1, tvfiletransfer1, tvjoinv8, tvpresent1, tvsendfile1, tvsqcustomer1, tvsqsupport1, tvvideocall1, and tvvpn1. The issue is fixed in 8.0.258861, 9.0.258860, 10.0.258873, 11.0.258870, 12.0.258869, 13.2.36220, 14.2.56676, 14.7.48350, and 15.8.3.
mIRC before 7.55 allows remote command execution by using argument injection through custom URI protocol handlers. The attacker can specify an irc:// URI that loads an arbitrary .ini file from a UNC share pathname. Exploitation depends on browser-specific URI handling (Chrome is not exploitable).
Connected IO v2.1.0 and prior has an argument injection vulnerability in its AT command message in its communication protocol, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands on devices.
Connected IO v2.1.0 and prior has an argument injection vulnerability in its iptables command message in its communication protocol, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands on devices.
In JetBrains TeamCity before 2020.2.3, argument injection leading to remote code execution was possible.
The fbgames protocol handler registered as part of Facebook Gameroom does not properly quote arguments passed to the executable. That allows a malicious URL to cause code execution. This issue affects versions prior to v1.26.0.
NBBDownloader.ocx ActiveX Control in Groupware contains a vulnerability that could allow remote files to be downloaded and executed by setting the arguments to the activex method. A remote attacker could induce a user to access a crafted web page, causing damage such as malicious code infection.
