An elevation of privilege vulnerability exists when Windows improperly handles errors tied to Remote Access Common Dialog, aka 'Windows Remote Access Common Dialog Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability'.
Windows USB Hub Driver Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Windows Kernel Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
A security feature bypass vulnerability exists in Surface Hub when prompting for credentials, aka 'Surface Hub Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability'.
A security feature bypass vulnerability exists in Windows 10 Mobile when Cortana allows a user to access files and folders through the locked screen, aka 'Windows 10 Mobile Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability'.
Missing authentication for critical function in Windows BitLocker allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature with a physical attack.
Windows Boot Manager Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability
Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows USB Print Driver allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges with a physical attack.
A vulnerability was reported in ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 and X13 Gen3 that could cause the BIOS tamper detection mechanism to not trigger under specific circumstances which could allow unauthorized access.

Razer Synapse before 3.7.0830.081906 allows privilege escalation due to an unsafe installation path, improper privilege management, and improper certificate validation. Attackers can place malicious DLLs into %PROGRAMDATA%\Razer\Synapse3\Service\bin if they do so before the service is installed and if they deny write access for the SYSTEM user. Although the service will not start if the malicious DLLs are unsigned, it suffices to use self-signed DLLs. The validity of the DLL signatures is not checked. As a result, local Windows users can abuse the Razer driver installer to obtain administrative privileges on Windows.
Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Mobile Broadband allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code with a physical attack.
StorSimple 8000 Series Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
Use after free in Ozone in Google Chrome prior to 149.0.7827.103 allowed a local attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via physical access to the device. (Chromium security severity: Critical)

Windows USB Video Class System Driver Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
NVIDIA Omniverse Nucleus and Cache contain a vulnerability in its configuration of OpenSSL, where an attacker with physical access to the system can cause arbitrary code execution which can impact confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
An uncontrolled search path vulnerability in the Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBSS) agent could have allowed an attacker with physical access to a machine to execute arbitrary code on affected installations. An attacker must have had physical access to the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability due to need to access a certain hardware component. Also note: this vulnerability only affected the SaaS client version of WFBSS only, meaning the on-premise version of Worry-Free Business Security was not affected, and this issue was addressed in a previous WFBSS monthly maintenance update. Therefore no other customer action is required to mitigate if the WFBSS agents are on the regular SaaS maintenance deployment schedule and this disclosure is for informational purposes only.
Time-of-check time-of-use (toctou) race condition in Windows BitLocker allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature with a physical attack.

A vulnerability in Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption Full Disk Encryption version 6.0.0.3204 and below could allow an attacker with physical access to an affected device to bypass Microsoft Windows Secure Boot process in an attempt to execute other attacks to obtain access to the contents of the device. An attacker must first obtain physical access to the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability. It is also important to note that the contents of the drive(s) encrypted with TMEE FDE would still be protected and would NOT be accessible by the attacker by exploitation of this vulnerability alone.
Windows Resilient File System (ReFS) Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Protection mechanism failure in Windows BitLocker allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature with a physical attack.
Windows Resilient File System (ReFS) Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Out-of-bounds read in Windows USB Video Driver allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges with a physical attack.
