Prior to versions 7.6.57 ELTS, 8.7.47 ELTS, 9.5.34 ELTS, 10.4.29, and 11.5.11, the export functionality fails to limit the result set to allowed columns of a particular database table. This way, authenticated users can export internal details of database tables they already have access to. TYPO3 versions 7.6.57 ELTS, 8.7.47 ELTS, 9.5.34 ELTS, 10.4.29, 11.5.11 fix the problem described above. In order to address this issue, access to mentioned export functionality is completely denied for regular backend users.

Starting in version 9.0.0 and prior to versions 9.5.51 ELTS, 10.4.50 ELTS, 11.5.44 ELTS, 12.4.31 LTS, and 13.4.12 LTS, when performing a database query involving multiple tables through the database abstraction layer (DBAL), frontend user permissions are only applied via `FrontendGroupRestriction` to the first table. As a result, data from additional tables included in the same query may be unintentionally exposed to unauthorized users. Users should update to TYPO3 version 9.5.51 ELTS, 10.4.50 ELTS, 11.5.44 ELTS, 12.4.31 LTS, or 13.4.12 LTS to fix the problem.
By exploiting the defVals parameter, attackers could bypass field‑level access checks during record creation in the TYPO3 backend. This gave them the ability to insert arbitrary data into prohibited exclude fields of a database table for which the user already has write permission for a reduced set of fields. Nextcloud server is a self hosted system designed to provide cloud style services. The groupfolders application for Nextcloud allows sharing a folder with a group of people. In addition, it allows setting "advanced permissions" on subfolders, for example, a user could be granted access to the groupfolder but not specific subfolders. Due to a lacking permission check in affected versions, a user could still access these subfolders by copying the groupfolder to another location. It is recommended that the Nextcloud Server is upgraded to 20.0.14, 21.0.6 or 22.2.1. Users unable to upgrade should disable the "groupfolders" application in the admin settings.

Matrix is an ecosystem for open federated Instant Messaging and Voice over IP. In versions 1.41.0 and prior, unauthorised users can access the membership (list of members, with their display names) of a room if they know the ID of the room. The vulnerability is limited to rooms with `shared` history visibility. Furthermore, the unauthorised user must be using an account on a vulnerable homeserver that is in the room. Server administrators should upgrade to 1.41.1 or later in order to receive the patch. One workaround is available. Administrators of servers that use a reverse proxy could, with potentially unacceptable loss of functionality, block the endpoints: `/_matrix/client/r0/rooms/{room_id}/members` with `at` query parameter, and `/_matrix/client/unstable/rooms/{room_id}/members` with `at` query parameter.

Matrix is an ecosystem for open federated Instant Messaging and Voice over IP. In versions 1.41.0 and prior, unauthorised users can access the name, avatar, topic and number of members of a room if they know the ID of the room. This vulnerability is limited to homeservers where the vulnerable homeserver is in the room and untrusted users are permitted to create groups (communities). By default, only homeserver administrators can create groups. However, homeserver administrators can already access this information in the database or using the admin API. As a result, only homeservers where the configuration setting `enable_group_creation` has been set to `true` are impacted. Server administrators should upgrade to 1.41.1 or higher to patch the vulnerability. There are two potential workarounds. Server administrators can set `enable_group_creation` to `false` in their homeserver configuration (this is the default value) to prevent creation of groups by non-administrators. Administrators that are using a reverse proxy could, with partial loss of group functionality, block the endpoints `/_matrix/client/r0/groups/{group_id}/rooms` and `/_matrix/client/unstable/groups/{group_id}/rooms`.

Discourse Calendar adds the ability to create a dynamic calendar in the first post of a topic on Discourse. Uninvited users are able to gain access to private events by crafting a request to update their attendance. This problem is resolved in commit dfc4fa15f340189f177a1d1ab2cc94ffed3c1190. As a workaround, one may use post visibility to limit access.
sf_event_mgt is an event management and registration extension for the TYPO3 CMS based on ExtBase and Fluid. In affected versions the existing access control check for events in the backend module got broken during the update of the extension to TYPO3 12.4, because the `RedirectResponse` from the `$this->redirect()` function was never handled. FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.179, when creating a conversation from a message in another conversation, there is no check to ensure that the user has the ability to view this message. Thus, the user can view arbitrary messages from other mailboxes or from other conversations to which they do not have access (access restriction to conversations is implemented by the show_only_assigned_conversations setting, which is also not checked). This issue has been patched in version 1.8.179.
The Slider Revolution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in versions 7.0.0 - 7.0.14, via the 'slider.get.full' AJAX Action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to extract sensitive data including raw social media API credentials: the Instagram OAuth token, Flickr API key, YouTube Data API key, and Facebook App ID, stored in any configured slider's settings.
A flaw was found in Keycloak. An authenticated user with existing organization membership can exploit this flaw by accessing user-facing APIs, such as the account API or by requesting an OpenID Connect (OIDC) token with the 'organization' scope. This allows organization metadata to be disclosed in tokens, even after an administrator has explicitly disabled the Organizations feature, potentially leading to incorrect authorization decisions by resource servers.

Exploitation requires the attacker to already be an authenticated Airflow worker holding a valid Log-server JWT issued for at least one Dag. Apache Airflow's Log server authorized JWT tokens against Dag IDs by applying Python's `str.lstrip()` to the requested path segment when verifying the JWT's `sub` claim. `str.lstrip()` strips any of a *set* of characters from the left (not a prefix), so a JWT issued for a Dag named e.g. `dag_a` would authorize log access to any other Dag whose name began with any subset of the characters `{d, a, g, _}` (e.g. `dag_attacker`, `aaaa_target`, `_dag_secret`). Such an authenticated worker could enumerate and read worker logs of other Dags whose names happened to share that character-class prefix, leaking task output and error traces beyond the documented per-Dag isolation boundary. Affects deployments relying on per-Dag log-access scoping (multi-team, shared-executor, shared-worker topologies). Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow` 3.2.2 or later.

Attackers with valid frontend user accounts can access sensitive backend operational information including dashboard versions, LDAP configuration, Elasticsearch statistics, and health-check data.
etcd is a distributed key-value store for the data of a distributed system. Prior to 3.4.44, 3.5.30, and 3.6.11, a vulnerability in etcd allows read access via PrevKv, or lease attachment in Put requests within transaction operations, to bypass RBAC authorization checks. An authenticated user without sufficient read or lease-related permissions may be able to access unauthorized data or attach leases by invoking transaction operations with these features enabled. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.4.44, 3.5.30, and 3.6.11.

Audiobookshelf is a self-hosted audiobook and podcast server. Prior to 2.32.2, the GET /api/collections and GET /api/collections/:id endpoints return collections from all libraries without checking whether the requesting user has access to each collection's library. An authenticated user with access to any library can enumerate and read collections (including full book metadata) from libraries they are explicitly restricted from accessing. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.32.2.
Open WebUI is a self-hosted artificial intelligence platform designed to operate entirely offline. Prior to 0.9.0, the _validate_collection_access function uses an incomplete allowlist that only enforces ownership checks for collections matching user-memory-* and file-* patterns. All other collection names pass through unchecked — including the system-level knowledge-bases meta-collection, which stores the IDs, names, and descriptions of every knowledge base on the instance. Any authenticated user can query this meta-collection directly via the retrieval query endpoints to obtain a global index of all knowledge bases across all users. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.0.

Parse Server is an open source backend that can be deployed to any infrastructure that can run Node.js. Prior to 9.8.0-alpha.7 and 8.6.75, the GET /sessions/me endpoint returns _Session fields that the server operator explicitly configured as protected via the protectedFields server option. Any authenticated user can retrieve their own session's protected fields with a single request. The equivalent GET /sessions and GET /sessions/:objectId endpoints correctly strip protected fields. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.8.0-alpha.7 and 8.6.75.

Frigate is a network video recorder (NVR) with realtime local object detection for IP cameras. In version 0.17.0, a low-privilege authenticated user restricted to one camera can access snapshots from other cameras. This is possible through a chain of two authorization problems: `/api/timeline` returns timeline entries for cameras outside the caller's allowed camera set, then `/api/events/{event_id}/snapshot-clean.webp` declares `Depends(require_camera_access)` but never actually validates `event.camera` after looking up the event. Together, this allows a restricted user to enumerate event IDs from unauthorized cameras and then fetch clean snapshots for those events. Version 0.17.1 fixes the issue.
Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Kibana can lead to cross-space information disclosure via Privilege Abuse (CAPEC-122). A user with Fleet agent management privileges in one Kibana space can retrieve Fleet Server policy details from other spaces through an internal enrollment endpoint. The endpoint bypasses space-scoped access controls by using an unscoped internal client, returning operational identifiers, policy names, management state, and infrastructure linkage details from spaces the user is not authorized to access.
