SQL Injection in GLPI Search API

In GLPI before version 9.5.2, there is a SQL Injection in the API's search function. Not only is it possible to break the SQL syntax, but it is also possible to utilise a UNION SELECT query to reflect sensitive information such as the current database version, or database user. The most likely scenario for this vulnerability is with someone who has an API account to the system. The issue is patched in version 9.5.2. A proof-of-concept with technical details is available in the linked advisory.

EspoCRM: SSRF via DNS Rebinding in Attachment fromImageUrl Endpoint Allows Internal Network Access

EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. In versions 9.3.3 and below, the POST /api/v1/Attachment/fromImageUrl endpoint is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) via a DNS rebinding (TOCTOU) condition. Host validation uses dns_get_record() but the actual HTTP request resolves hostnames through curl's internal resolver (gethostbyname()), allowing the two lookups to return different IP addresses for the same hostname. A secondary issue exists where an empty DNS result (due to DNS failure, IPv6-only domains, or non-existent hostnames) causes the validation to implicitly allow the host without further checks. An authenticated attacker with default attachment creation access can exploit this gap to bypass internal IP restrictions and scan internal network ports, confirm the existence of internal hosts, and interact with internal HTTP-based services, though data extraction from binary protocol services and remote code execution are not possible through this endpoint. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4.

UsersWP <= 1.2.58 - Authenticated (Subscriber+) Server-Side Request Forgery via 'uwp_crop' Parameter

The UsersWP – Front-end login form, User Registration, User Profile & Members Directory plugin for WP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to blind Server-Side Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.58. This is due to insufficient URL origin validation in the process_image_crop() method when processing avatar/banner image crop operations. The function accepts a user-controlled URL via the uwp_crop POST parameter and only validates it using esc_url() for sanitization and wp_check_filetype() for extension verification, without enforcing that the URL references a local uploads file. The URL is then passed to uwp_resizeThumbnailImage() which uses it in PHP image processing functions (getimagesize(), imagecreatefrom*()) that support URL wrappers and perform outbound HTTP requests. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to coerce the WordPress server into making arbitrary HTTP requests to attacker-controlled or internal network destinations, enabling internal network scanning and potential access to sensitive services.

AutoGPT: SendEmailBlock's IP blocklist bypass allows SSRF via user-controlled SMTP server

AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. In versions 0.1.0 through 0.6.51, SendEmailBlock in autogpt_platform/backend/backend/blocks/email_block.py accepts a user-supplied smtp_server (string) and smtp_port (integer) as per-execution block inputs, then passes them directly to Python's smtplib.SMTP() to open a raw TCP connection with no IP address validation. This completely bypasses the platform's hardened SSRF protections in backend/util/request.py — the validate_url_host() function and BLOCKED_IP_NETWORKS blocklist that every other block uses to block connections to private, loopback, link-local, and cloud metadata addresses. An authenticated user on a shared AutoGPT deployment can use this to perform non-blind internal network port scanning and service fingerprinting: smtplib reads the target's TCP banner on connect and embeds it in the exception message, which is persisted as user-visible block output via the execution framework. This issue has been fixed in version 0.6.52.

Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) on redirects and federation in Matrix Media Repo

Matrix Media Repo (MMR) is a highly configurable multi-homeserver media repository for Matrix. Matrix Media Repo (MMR) is vulnerable to server-side request forgery, serving content from a private network it can access, under certain conditions. This is fixed in MMR v1.3.8. Users are advised to upgrade. Restricting which hosts MMR is allowed to contact via (local) firewall rules or a transparent proxy and may provide a workaround for users unable to upgrade.

Backstage has a Possible SSRF when reading from allowed URL's in `backend.reading.allow`

Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals, and @backstage/backend-defaults provides the default implementations and setup for a standard Backstage backend app. Prior to versions 0.12.2, 0.13.2, 0.14.1, and 0.15.0, the `FetchUrlReader` component, used by the catalog and other plugins to fetch content from URLs, followed HTTP redirects automatically. This allowed an attacker who controls a host listed in `backend.reading.allow` to redirect requests to internal or sensitive URLs that are not on the allowlist, bypassing the URL allowlist security control. This is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability that could allow access to internal resources, but it does not allow attackers to include additional request headers. This vulnerability is fixed in `@backstage/backend-defaults` version 0.12.2, 0.13.2, 0.14.1, and 0.15.0. Users should upgrade to this version or later. Some workarounds are available. Restrict `backend.reading.allow` to only trusted hosts that you control and that do not issue redirects, ensure allowed hosts do not have open redirect vulnerabilities, and/or use network-level controls to block access from Backstage to sensitive internal endpoints.

Nanobot < 0.2.1 SSRF via web_fetch Tool Redirect Following

Nanobot prior to version 0.2.1 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the web_fetch tool that allows remote attackers to reach internal or private network hosts by supplying a URL that redirects to a loopback or private address via a 3xx Location header. Attackers can exploit the automatic HTTP redirect following behavior in the httpx library to bypass initial URL validation and cause the runtime to send outbound requests to internal hosts before final resolved URL validation is applied.

Local Deep Research: SSRF bypass in `safe_get`

Local Deep Research is an AI-powered research assistant for deep, iterative research. Prior to 1.6.10, the URL checking logic in local-deep-research has a logical flaw that could be bypassed by attackers, leading to SSRF attacks. The current project uses validate_url to validate the input URL. The main logic is to perform security checks on the host portion of the URL extracted by urlparse to prevent SSRF attacks. However, there are indeed differences in parsing between urlparse and the library that actually sends the request. For example, in safe_get, validate_url is first used to perform an SSRF check, and then requests.get is used to send the actual request. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.6.10.

Local Deep Research: HTML Injection via Unescaped User Input in PDF Export (`pdf_service.py:_markdown_to_html`)

Local Deep Research is an AI-powered research assistant for deep, iterative research. Prior to 1.6.0, PDFService._markdown_to_html() constructs an HTML document by interpolating user-controlled values — specifically title (sourced from research.title or research.query) and metadata key-value pairs — directly into an f-string without any HTML escaping. Semi-blind Server-Side Request Forgery in dhis2-core

DHIS 2 is an open source information system for data capture, management, validation, analytics and visualization. In affected versions an authenticated DHIS2 user can craft a request to DHIS2 to instruct the server to make requests to external resources (like third party servers). This could allow an attacker, for example, to identify vulnerable services which might not be otherwise exposed to the public internet or to determine whether a specific file is present on the DHIS2 server. DHIS2 administrators should upgrade to the following hotfix releases: 2.36.12.1, 2.37.8.1, 2.38.2.1, 2.39.0.1. At this time, there is no known workaround or mitigation for this vulnerability.

LinkAce has SSRF via CheckLinksCommand - Link URL Update Bypasses laravel-html-meta Protection

LinkAce is a self-hosted archive to collect website links. Prior to 2.5.4, LinkRepository::update and CheckLinksCommand::checkLink do not check for private IPs. An authenticated user can read responses from internal services (AWS IMDSv1, cloud metadata, internal APIs) by creating a link with a public URL and then updating it to a private IP. Incus blind SSRF via image import preflight HEAD request

Incus is an open source container and virtual machine manager. In versions prior to 7.0.0, the image import flow issues an outbound HEAD request to a user-supplied URL before validating the request against project restrictions such as restricted.images.servers. The imgPostURLInfo function constructs and sends a HEAD request directly from the attacker-supplied source URL to resolve image metadata, and this network interaction occurs before the flow reaches the point where the import would be rejected by policy. Although the actual image download is blocked by the project restriction, an authenticated user can coerce the daemon into making blind HEAD requests to arbitrary destinations. These requests include server metadata in custom headers (Incus-Server-Architectures, Incus-Server-Version), which discloses information about the host environment to the attacker-controlled endpoint. This blind SSRF primitive can be used to probe internal services, unroutable address space, or cloud metadata endpoints reachable from the host. This vulnerability pattern is similar to CVE-2026-24767. This issue has been fixed in version 7.0.0.

SillyTavern: Incomplete IP validation in /api/search/visit allows SSRF via localhost and IPv6

SillyTavern is a locally installed user interface that allows users to interact with text generation large language models, image generation engines, and text-to-speech voice models. Prior to version 1.17.0, in src/endpoints/search.js, the hostname is checked against /^\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+$/. This only matches literal dotted-quad IPv4 (e.g. 127.0.0.1, 10.0.0.1). It does not catch: localhost (hostname, not dotted-quad), [::1] (IPv6 loopback), and DNS names resolving to internal addresses (e.g. localtest.me -> 127.0.0.1). A separate port check (urlObj.port !== '') limits exploitation to services on default ports (80/443), making this lower severity than a fully unrestricted SSRF. Discourse: Group SMTP test endpoint susceptible to SSRF

Discourse is an open-source discussion platform. From versions 2026.1.0-latest to before 2026.1.3, 2026.2.0-latest to before 2026.2.2, and 2026.3.0-latest to before 2026.3.0, the group email settings test endpoint could be used to make the server initiate outbound connections to arbitrary hosts and ports. This could allow probing of internal network infrastructure. The endpoint was accessible to non-staff group owners. This issue has been patched in versions 2026.1.3, 2026.2.2, and 2026.3.0.

Frappe: Possible SSRF by any authenticated user

Frappe is a full-stack web application framework. Prior to 14.100.1, 15.100.0, and 16.6.0, a malicious user could send a crafted request to an endpoint which would lead to the server making an HTTP call to a service of the user's choice. This vulnerability is fixed in 14.100.1, 15.100.0, and 16.6.0.

HomeBox affected by Blind SSRF

HomeBox is a home inventory and organization system. Prior to 0.24.0-rc.1, the notifier functionality allows authenticated users to specify arbitrary URLs to which the application sends HTTP POST requests. No validation or restriction is applied to the supplied host, IP address, or port. Although the application does not return the response body from the target service, its UI behavior differs depending on the network state of the destination. This creates a behavioral side-channel that enables internal service enumeration. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.24.0-rc.1.

ClipBucket v5 enables internal network scans via an SSRF vulnerability

ClipBucket v5 is an open source video sharing platform. Prior to 5.5.3 - #45, in Clip Bucket V5, The Remote Play allows creating video entries that reference external video URLs without uploading the video files to the server. However, by specifying an internal network host in the video URL, an SSRF can be triggered, causing GET requests to be sent to internal servers. An attacker can exploit this to scan the internal network. Even a regular (non-privileged) user can carry out the attack.

Responsive Lightbox & Gallery <= 2.7.1 - Authenticated (Author+) Server-Side Request Forgery via Remote Library Image Upload

The Responsive Lightbox & Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.1. This is due to the use of `strpos()` for substring-based hostname validation instead of strict host comparison in the `ajax_upload_image()` function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application, which can be used to query and modify information from internal services.

Directus has a Blind SSRF On File Import

Directus is a real-time API and App dashboard for managing SQL database content. There was already a reported SSRF vulnerability via file import. It was fixed by resolving all DNS names and checking if the requested IP is an internal IP address. However it is possible to bypass this security measure and execute a SSRF using redirects. Directus allows redirects when importing file from the URL and does not check the result URL. Thus, it is possible to execute a request to an internal IP, for example to 127.0.0.1. However, it is blind SSRF, because Directus also uses response interception technique to get the information about the connect from the socket directly and it does not show a response if the IP address is internal. This vulnerability is fixed in 10.9.3.
