Open edX Platform enables the authoring and delivery of online learning at any scale. The view_survey endpoint accepts a redirect_url GET parameter that is passed directly to HttpResponseRedirect() without any URL validation. When a non-existent survey name is provided, the server issues an immediate HTTP 302 redirect to the attacker-controlled URL. Additionally, the same unvalidated URL is embedded in a hidden form field and returned in a JSON response after form submission, where client-side JavaScript performs location.href = url. This enables phishing and credential theft attacks against authenticated Open edX users. This vulnerability is fixed with commit 76462f1e5fa9b37d2621ad7ad19514b403908970.

XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform offering runtime services for applications built on top of it. In versions prior to 14.10.4 it's possible to exploit well known parameters in XWiki URLs to perform redirection to untrusted site. This vulnerability was partially fixed in the past for XWiki 12.10.7 and 13.3RC1 but there is still the possibility to force specific URLs to skip some checks, e.g. using URLs like `http:example.com` in the parameter would allow the redirect. The issue has now been patched against all patterns that are known for performing redirects. This issue has been patched in XWiki 14.10.4 and 15.0. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
ArcGIS Server contains an input validation weakness in the login redirection workflow. An Authenticated attacker could exploit this issue by sending a specially crafted request, Successful exploitation may result in the application redirecting the browser to an unintended, untrusted site, resulting in a limited confidentiality impact under specific user interaction conditions. The vulnerability affects only the client side navigation logic during authentication and remains confined to the same security boundary. No server side compromise or cross component impact is possible.  This issue affects ArcGIS Server 11.5.

Duende IdentityServer is an OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.x framework for ASP.NET Core. It is possible for an attacker to craft malicious Urls that certain functions in IdentityServer will incorrectly treat as local and trusted. If such a Url is returned as a redirect, some browsers will follow it to a third-party, untrusted site. Note: by itself, this vulnerability does **not** allow an attacker to obtain user credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, or identity tokens. An attacker could however exploit this vulnerability as part of a phishing attack designed to steal user credentials. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.0.6, 6.3.10, 6.2.5, 6.1.8, and 6.0.5. Duende.IdentityServer 5.1 and earlier and all versions of IdentityServer4 are no longer supported and will not be receiving updates. If upgrading is not possible, use `IUrlHelper.IsLocalUrl` from ASP.NET Core to validate return Urls in user interface code in the IdentityServer host.
