NocoDB: Server-Side Request Forgery via Spreadsheet Import Endpoint

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to 2026.05.1, the spreadsheet-import endpoint axiosRequestMake could be used as a generic HTTP proxy. Before the fix it was reachable unauthenticated, and its URL-extension allowlist was a regex tested against the full URL string, so URLs whose query string ended in .csv satisfies the gate even though the underlying request is for another file. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.05.1.

NocoDB: Server-Side Request Forgery via Base Migration URL

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to 2026.05.1, the base-migration endpoint accepted a caller-supplied URL that the migration worker dereferenced without enforcing protocol or destination, allowing scheme abuse (file:, ftp:, etc.) and probing of internal HTTP destinations. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.05.1.

NocoDB has Blind SSRF via Unvalidated HEAD Request in uploadViaURL Functionality

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to version 0.301.0, a blind Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in the `uploadViaURL` functionality due to an unprotected `HEAD` request. While the subsequent file retrieval logic correctly enforces SSRF protections, the initial metadata request executes without validation. This allows limited outbound requests to arbitrary URLs before SSRF controls are applied. Version 0.301.0 contains a patch for the issue.

NocoDB: Server-Side Request Forgery via Spreadsheet Fetch URL

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to 2026.05.1, the spreadsheet-fetch endpoint (axiosRequestMake) accepted URLs whose path contained a permitted extension anywhere in the string, and applied a hand-rolled regex blocklist that omitted 127.0.0.0/8 and 169.254.0.0/16, allowing the cloud-metadata endpoint to be reached with a crafted URL This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.05.1.

NocoDB: Server-Side Request Forgery via Database Connection Host

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to 2026.05.1, the connection-test endpoint opened a raw TCP socket to the user-supplied database host without resolving and range-checking the destination, so private and link-local addresses (including IPv4-mapped IPv6 forms and localhost) reached the driver. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.05.1.

NocoDB: SSRF Protection Bypass in Notification Webhook Plugins (Slack, Discord, Mattermost, Teams)

NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to 2026.04.1, the request-filtering-agent SSRF protection was non-functional in the four notification webhook plugins (Slack, Discord, Mattermost, Teams) because httpAgent / httpsAgent were passed as part of the request body rather than the axios config. An authenticated user with hook-creation permission could direct outbound POST requests to arbitrary internal hosts. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.04.1.

Portkey.ai Gateway: Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in Custom Host

Portkey.ai Gateway is a blazing fast AI Gateway with integrated guardrails. Prior to 1.14.0, the gateway determined the destination baseURL by prioritizing the value in the x-portkey-custom-host request header. The proxy route then appends the client-specified path to perform an external fetch. This can be maliciously used by users for SSRF attacks. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.14.0.

FastGPT is a knowledge-based platform built on the LLMs. Since the web crawling plug-in does not perform intranet IP verification, an attacker can initiate an intranet IP request, causing the system to initiate a request through the intranet and potentially obtain some private data on the intranet. Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in MouseTooltipTranslator

The MouseTooltipTranslator Chrome extension allows mouseover translation of any language at once. The MouseTooltipTranslator browser extension is vulnerable to SSRF attacks. The pdf.mjs script uses the URL parameter from the current URL as the file to download and display to the extension user. Because pdf.mjs is imported in viewer.html and viewer.html is accessible to all URLs, an attacker can force the user’s browser to make a request to any arbitrary URL. After discussion with maintainer, patching this issue would require disabling a major feature of the extension in exchange for a low severity vulnerability. Decision to not patch issue.

Gotenberg unauthenticated blind SSRF via unfiltered webhook URL

Gotenberg is an API-based document conversion tool. In version 8.29.1, an unauthenticated attacker with network access can force the server to make outbound HTTP POST requests to arbitrary internal or external destinations by supplying a crafted URL in the Gotenberg-Webhook-Url request header. The FilterDeadline function in filter.go is intended to gate outbound URLs, but when both the allow-list and deny-list are empty (the default configuration), it returns nil unconditionally and permits any URL. This is a blind SSRF: Gotenberg POSTs the converted document to the webhook URL and only checks whether the response status code is an error, but never returns the target's response body to the attacker. An attacker can use this to probe internal network infrastructure by observing whether the error callback is invoked, force POST requests against internal services that perform side effects, and confirm reachability of cloud metadata endpoints. The retryable HTTP client issues up to 4 automatic retries per request, amplifying each probe. This issue has been fixed in version 8.31.0. As a workaround, configure the GOTENBERG_API_WEBHOOK_ALLOW_LIST environment variable to restrict webhook URLs to known receivers, or set GOTENBERG_API_WEBHOOK_DENY_LIST to block RFC-1918 and link-local address ranges.

Indico has Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in multiple places

Indico is an event management system that uses Flask-Multipass, a multi-backend authentication system for Flask. Versions prior to 3.3.10 are vulnerable to server-side request forgery. Indico makes outgoing requests to user-provides URLs in various places. This is mostly intentional and part of Indico's functionality but is never intended to let users access "special" targets such as localhost or cloud metadata endpoints. Users should upgrade to version 3.3.10 to receive a patch. Those who do not have IPs that expose sensitive data without authentication (typically because they do not host Indico on AWS) are not affected. Only event organizers can access endpoints where SSRF could be used to actually see the data returned by such a request. For those who trust their event organizers, the risk is also very limited. For additional security, both before and after patching, one may also use the common proxy-related environment variables (in particular `http_proxy` and `https_proxy`) to force outgoing requests to go through a proxy that limits requests in whatever way you deem useful/necessary. These environment variables would need to be set both on the indico-uwsgi and indico-celery services.
