Langflow: BaseFileComponent-based nodes arbitrary file read with RCE exploit

Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. Prior to 1.9.2, by controlling a files that are digested into the RAG, an attacker can direct the node to read any file on the file-system by absolute path. All components based on BaseFileComponent are vulnerable to the vulnerability. This includes Docling (DoclingInlineComponent), Docling Serve, DoclingRemoteComponent), Read File (FileComponent), NVIDIA Retriever Extraction (NvidiaIngestComponent), Video File (VideoFileComponent), and Unstructured API (UnstructuredComponent). This vulnerability is fixed in 1.9.2.

Langflow: Unauthenticated RCE in Shareable Playgrounds

Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. Prior to 1.9.2, the "Shareable Playground" (or "Public Flows" in code) contains a critical RCE vulnerability. Shareable Playground feature works by enabling the execution of workflows by unauthenticated users, by accessing a link. Specifically, it enables the route /api/v1/build_public_tmp to execute any public flow, given a public flow ID. When the route executes the flow, it allows for providing arbitrary custom Python code as the nodes code, inside the JSON payload. The vulnerable field is data.nodes[X].data.node.template.code.value. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.9.2.

Langflow: Unauthenticated file upload leads to DoS (space exhaustion) and information leak

Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. Prior to 1.9.1, unauthenticated users can upload any amount of data to the server without any limitations. No need for any prior knowledge, only network access to Langflow. This can lead to space exhaustion on the server. In addition, in the response, the absolute path of the uploaded file is reported to the attacker, which is an information leak that can assist in chaining other primitives. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.9.1.

Anchorr: Stored XSS in User Mapping dropdown allows unprivileged Discord users to exfiltrate all secrets via /api/config

Anchorr is a Discord bot for requesting movies and TV shows and receiving notifications when items are added to a media server. In versions 1.4.1 and below, a stored Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the web dashboard's User Mapping dropdown allows any unprivileged Discord user in the configured guild to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the Anchorr admin's browser. By chaining this with the GET /api/config endpoint (which returns all secrets in plaintext), an attacker can exfiltrate every credential stored in Anchorr which includes DISCORD_TOKEN, JELLYFIN_API_KEY, JELLYSEERR_API_KEY, JWT_SECRET, WEBHOOK_SECRET, and bcrypt password hashes without any authentication to Anchorr itself. This issue has been fixed in version 1.4.2.

laf logs leak

Laf is a cloud development platform. In the Laf version design, the log uses communication with k8s to quickly retrieve logs from the container without the need for additional storage. However, in version 1.0.0-beta.13 and prior, this interface does not verify the permissions of the pod, which allows authenticated users to obtain any pod logs under the same namespace through this method, thereby obtaining sensitive information printed in the logs. As of time of publication, no known patched versions exist.

Cursor's MCP Install Deeplink Does Not Show Arguments in its User-Dialog

Cursor is a code editor built for programming with AI. In versions 1.17 through 1.2, there is a UI information disclosure vulnerability in Cursor's MCP (Model Context Protocol) deeplink handler, allowing attackers to execute 2-click arbitrary system commands through social engineering attacks. When users click malicious `cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install` links, the installation dialog does not show the arguments being passed to the command being run. If a user clicks a malicious deeplink, then examines the installation dialog and clicks through, the full command including the arguments will be executed on the machine. This is fixed in version 1.3.
