Hitachi Web Server 01-00 through 03-00-01, as used by certain Cosminexus products, does not properly validate SSL client certificates, which might allow remote attackers to spoof authentication via a client certificate with a forged signature.
When a call-site passes a subject for an email that contains line-breaks in Apache Commons Email 1.0 through 1.4, the caller can add arbitrary SMTP headers.
A vulnerability in the file type detection mechanism of the Cisco Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for Endpoints macOS Connector could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass malware detection. The vulnerability occurs because the software relies on only the file extension for detecting DMG files. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a DMG file with a nonstandard extension to a device that is running an affected AMP for Endpoints macOS Connector. An exploit could allow the attacker to bypass configured malware detection. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCve34034.
Apache jUDDI before 2.0 allows attackers to spoof entries in log files via vectors related to error logging of keys from uddiget.jsp.
A vulnerability in the anti-spam protection mechanisms of Cisco AsyncOS Software for the Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass certain content filters on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to incomplete input and validation checking mechanisms for certain Sender Policy Framework (SPF) messages that are sent to an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a customized SPF packet to an affected device. If successful, an exploit could allow the attacker to bypass the URL filters that are configured for the affected device, which could allow malicious URLs to pass through the device.
A vulnerability in certain attachment detection mechanisms of Cisco Email Security Appliances (ESA) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass the filtering functionality of an affected system. The vulnerability is due to the improper detection of content within executable (EXE) files. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a customized EXE file that is not recognized and blocked by the ESA. A successful exploit could allow an attacker to send email messages that contain malicious executable files to unsuspecting users. Cisco Bug IDs: CSCvh03786.
/admin/loginc.php in Allen Disk 1.6 doesn't check if isset($_SESSION['captcha']['code']) == 1, which leads to CAPTCHA bypass by emptying $_POST['captcha'].
reg.php in Allen Disk 1.6 doesn't check if isset($_SESSION['captcha']['code'])==1, which makes it possible to bypass the CAPTCHA via an empty $_POST['captcha'].
The language converter in MediaWiki before 1.27.4, 1.28.x before 1.28.3, and 1.29.x before 1.29.2 allows attackers to replace text inside tags via a rule definition followed by "a lot of junk."

HashiCorp vault-ssh-helper up to and including version 0.1.6 incorrectly accepted Vault-issued SSH OTPs for the subnet in which a host's network interface was located, rather than the specific IP address assigned to that interface. Fixed in 0.2.0.
Default fonts on OS X display some Tibetan characters as whitespace. When used in the addressbar as part of an IDN this can be used for domain name spoofing attacks. Note: This attack only affects OS X operating systems. Other operating systems are unaffected. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 54, Firefox ESR < 52.2, and Thunderbird < 52.2.
When entered directly, Reader Mode did not strip the username and password section of URLs displayed in the addressbar. This can be used for spoofing the domain of the current page. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 54.
Open-Xchange GmbH OX App Suite 7.8.3 and earlier is affected by: Content Spoofing.
The combined, single character, version of the letter 'i' with any of the potential accents in unicode, such as acute or grave, can be spoofed in the addressbar by the dotless version of 'i' followed by the same accent as a second character with most font sets. This allows for domain spoofing attacks because these combined domain names do not display as punycode. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 57.
A flaw was found in all resteasy 3.x.x versions prior to 3.12.0.Final and all resteasy 4.x.x versions prior to 4.6.0.Final, where an improper input validation results in returning an illegal header that integrates into the server's response. This flaw may result in an injection, which leads to unexpected behavior when the HTTP response is constructed.
On pages containing an iframe, the "data:" protocol can be used to create a modal alert that will render over arbitrary domains following page navigation, spoofing of the origin of the modal alert from the iframe content. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 52.3, Firefox ESR < 52.3, and Firefox < 55.
An issue was discovered in Mattermost Server before 5.11.0. Invite IDs were improperly generated.

A URL validation issue in WhatsApp for Android prior to v2.20.11 and WhatsApp Business for Android prior to v2.20.2 could have caused the recipient of a sticker message containing deliberately malformed data to load an image from a sender-controlled URL without user interaction.
The destructor function for the "WindowsDllDetourPatcher" class can be re-purposed by malicious code in concert with another vulnerability to write arbitrary data to an attacker controlled location in memory. This can be used to bypass existing memory protections in this situation. Note: This attack only affects Windows operating systems. Other operating systems are not affected. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 52.3, Firefox ESR < 52.3, and Firefox < 55.
The approveAndCallcode function of a smart contract implementation for Globalvillage ecosystem (GVE), an Ethereum ERC20 token, allows attackers to steal assets (e.g., transfer the contract's balances into their account) because the callcode (i.e., _spender.call(_extraData)) is not verified, aka the "evilReflex" issue. NOTE: a PeckShield disclosure states "some researchers have independently discussed the mechanism of such vulnerability."
In Nim 1.2.4, the standard library httpClient fails to properly validate the server response. For example, httpClient.get().contentLength() does not raise any error if a malicious server provides a negative Content-Length.
A spoofing vulnerability can occur when a page switches to fullscreen mode without user notification, allowing a fake address bar to be displayed. This allows an attacker to spoof which page is actually loaded and in use. Note: This attack only affects Firefox for Android. Other operating systems are not affected. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 56.
In solidus before versions 2.8.6, 2.9.6, and 2.10.2, there is an bility to change order address without triggering address validations. This vulnerability allows a malicious customer to craft request data with parameters that allow changing the address of the current order without changing the shipment costs associated with the new shipment. All stores with at least two shipping zones and different costs of shipment per zone are impacted. This problem comes from how checkout permitted attributes are structured. We have a single list of attributes that are permitted across the whole checkout, no matter the step that is being submitted. See the linked reference for more information. As a workaround, if it is not possible to upgrade to a supported patched version, please use this gist in the references section.
Some Arabic and Indic vowel marker characters can be combined with Latin characters in a domain name to eclipse the non-Latin character with some font sets on the addressbar. The non-Latin character will not be visible to most viewers. This allows for domain spoofing attacks because these combined domain names do not display as punycode. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 57.
On pages containing an iframe, the "data:" protocol can be used to create a modal dialog through Javascript that will have an arbitrary domains as the dialog's location, spoofing of the origin of the modal dialog from the user view. Note: This attack only affects installations with e10 multiprocess turned off. Installations with e10s turned on do not support the modal dialog functionality. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 56.
HashiCorp Consul and Consul Enterprise did not appropriately enforce scope for local tokens issued by a primary data center, where replication to a secondary data center was not enabled. Introduced in 1.4.0, fixed in 1.6.6 and 1.7.4.
The approveAndCallcode function of a smart contract implementation for Block 18 (18T), an tradable Ethereum ERC20 token, allows attackers to steal assets (e.g., transfer the contract's balances into their account) because the callcode (i.e., _spender.call(_extraData)) is not verified, aka the "evilReflex" issue. NOTE: a PeckShield disclosure states "some researchers have independently discussed the mechanism of such vulnerability."
The scp client in OpenSSH 8.2 incorrectly sends duplicate responses to the server upon a utimes system call failure, which allows a malicious unprivileged user on the remote server to overwrite arbitrary files in the client's download directory by creating a crafted subdirectory anywhere on the remote server. The victim must use the command scp -rp to download a file hierarchy containing, anywhere inside, this crafted subdirectory. NOTE: the vendor points out that "this attack can achieve no more than a hostile peer is already able to achieve within the scp protocol" and "utimes does not fail under normal circumstances.
A vulnerability in the web proxy functionality of the Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to forward traffic from the web proxy interface of an affected device to the administrative management interface of an affected device, aka an Access Control Bypass Vulnerability. Affected Products: virtual and hardware versions of Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA). More Information: CSCvd88863. Known Affected Releases: 10.1.0-204 9.0.0-485.

Unspecified vulnerability in MailDwarf 3.01 and earlier allows remote attackers to send e-mail to addresses different from the configured addresses.
A flaw was found in Hibernate Validator version 6.1.2.Final. A bug in the message interpolation processor enables invalid EL expressions to be evaluated as if they were valid. This flaw allows attackers to bypass input sanitation (escaping, stripping) controls that developers may have put in place when handling user-controlled data in error messages.
The JSON gem through 2.2.0 for Ruby, as used in Ruby 2.4 through 2.4.9, 2.5 through 2.5.7, and 2.6 through 2.6.5, has an Unsafe Object Creation Vulnerability. This is quite similar to CVE-2013-0269, but does not rely on poor garbage-collection behavior within Ruby. Specifically, use of JSON parsing methods can lead to creation of a malicious object within the interpreter, with adverse effects that are application-dependent.
The Filtering Service in Websense Enterprise 5.2 through 6.3 does not consider the IP address during URL categorization, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass filtering via an HTTP request, as demonstrated by a request to a compromised server associated with a specific IP address.
IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) 6.2.0 before 6.2.0.2 uses an incomplete SAML 1.x browser-artifact, which allows remote OpenID providers to spoof assertions via vectors related to the Issuer field.
An issue was discovered in Joomla! before 3.9.16. Missing length checks in the user table can lead to the creation of users with duplicate usernames and/or email addresses.
Firefox will accept any registered Program ID as an external protocol handler and offer to launch this local application when given a matching URL on Windows operating systems. This should only happen if the program has specifically registered itself as a "URL Handler" in the Windows registry. *Note: This issue only affects Windows operating systems. Other operating systems are unaffected.*. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 60.6, Firefox ESR < 60.6, and Firefox < 66.
curl before version 7.51.0 doesn't parse the authority component of the URL correctly when the host name part ends with a '#' character, and could instead be tricked into connecting to a different host. This may have security implications if you for example use an URL parser that follows the RFC to check for allowed domains before using curl to request them.
An issue was discovered in Mattermost Server before 5.19.0. Attackers can rename a channel and cause a collision with a direct message, aka MMSA-2020-0002.
