Windows Print Spooler Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
A vulnerability with a privilege management mechanism in the Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Agent® enables a locally authenticated non-administrative user to escalate their privileges to root on macOS and Linux or NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM on Windows. This allows the user to execute arbitrary code and read sensitive information otherwise accessible only to privileged accounts. The Prisma Access Agent on iOS, Android and Chrome OS are not affected.

The kernel in Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, and Windows RT Gold and 8.1 does not properly validate an unspecified address, which allows local users to bypass the KASLR protection mechanism, and consequently discover the cng.sys base address, via a crafted application, aka "Windows Kernel Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability."
Win32k.sys in the kernel-mode drivers in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2, Vista SP2, and Server 2008 SP2 allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted application, as exploited in the wild in April 2015, aka "Win32k Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability."
Pritunl Client through 1.2.3019.52 on Windows allows local privilege escalation, related to an ACL entry for CREATOR OWNER in platform_windows.go.
Proofpoint Insider Threat Management Agent for Windows relies on an inherently dangerous function that could enable an unprivileged local Windows user to run arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. All versions prior to 7.12.1 are affected. Agents for MacOS and Linux and Cloud are unaffected. Proofpoint has released fixed software version 7.12.1. The fixed software versions are available through the customer support portal.
An elevation of privilege vulnerability exists when Windows improperly handles calls to the LUAFV driver (luafv.sys), aka 'Windows Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability'. This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2019-0730, CVE-2019-0731, CVE-2019-0796, CVE-2019-0805, CVE-2019-0841.
Multiple protection mechanism failures in the Prisma Access Agent Data Loss Prevention (DLP) component for Windows allow a local user to bypass DLP policy enforcement controls. The Prisma Access Agent on macOS is not affected.
Git for Windows is a fork of Git containing Windows-specific patches. This vulnerability affects users working on multi-user machines, where untrusted parties have write access to the same hard disk. Those untrusted parties could create the folder `C:\.git`, which would be picked up by Git operations run supposedly outside a repository while searching for a Git directory. Git would then respect any config in said Git directory. Git Bash users who set `GIT_PS1_SHOWDIRTYSTATE` are vulnerable as well. Users who installed posh-gitare vulnerable simply by starting a PowerShell. Users of IDEs such as Visual Studio are vulnerable: simply creating a new project would already read and respect the config specified in `C:\.git\config`. Users of the Microsoft fork of Git are vulnerable simply by starting a Git Bash. The problem has been patched in Git for Windows v2.35.2. Users unable to upgrade may create the folder `.git` on all drives where Git commands are run, and remove read/write access from those folders as a workaround. Alternatively, define or extend `GIT_CEILING_DIRECTORIES` to cover the _parent_ directory of the user profile, e.g. `C:\Users` if the user profile is located in `C:\Users\my-user-name`.
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
A security feature bypass vulnerability exists in Windows which could allow an attacker to bypass Device Guard, aka 'Windows Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability'. This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2019-0631, CVE-2019-0632.

A security link following local privilege escalation vulnerability in Trend Micro Apex One, Trend Micro Apex One as a Service, Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 SP1 and Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services agents could allow a local attacker to create an writable folder in an arbitrary location and escalate privileges affected installations. Please note: an attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability.
Utility Manager in Windows 2000 launches winhlp32.exe while Utility Manager is running with raised privileges, which allows local users to gain system privileges via a "Shatter" style attack that sends a Windows message to cause Utility Manager to launch winhlp32 by directly accessing the context sensitive help and bypassing the GUI, then sending another message to winhlp32 in order to open a user-selected file, a different vulnerability than CVE-2003-0908.
