Flarum is a forum software for building communities. Using the notifications feature, one can read restricted/private content and bypass access checks that would be in place for such content. The notification-sending component does not check that the subject of the notification can be seen by the receiver, and proceeds to send notifications through their different channels. The alerts do not leak data despite this as they are listed based on a visibility check, however, emails are still sent out. This means that, for extensions which restrict access to posts, any actor can bypass the restriction by subscribing to the discussion if the Subscriptions extension is enabled. The attack allows the leaking of some posts in the forum database, including posts awaiting approval, posts in tags the user has no access to if they could subscribe to a discussion before it becomes private, and posts restricted by third-party extensions. All Flarum versions prior to v1.6.3 are affected. The vulnerability has been fixed and published as flarum/core v1.6.3. All communities running Flarum should upgrade as soon as possible to v1.6.3. As a workaround, disable the Flarum Subscriptions extension or disable email notifications altogether. There are no other supported workarounds for this issue for Flarum versions below 1.6.3.

The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized private course enrollment in all versions up to, and including, 3.9.7. This is due to missing post_status validation in the `enroll_now()` and `course_enrollment()` functions. Both enrollment endpoints verify the nonce, user authentication, and whether the course is purchasable, but fail to check if the course has a `private` post_status. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or above to enroll in private courses by sending a crafted POST request with the target course ID. The enrollment record is created in the database and the private course title and enrollment status are exposed in the subscriber's dashboard, though WordPress core access control prevents the subscriber from viewing the actual course content (returns 404). Enrollment in private courses should be restricted to users with the `read_private_posts` capability.
WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. In versions up to and including 26.0, the `plugin/Live/uploadPoster.php` endpoint allows any authenticated user to overwrite the poster image for any scheduled live stream by supplying an arbitrary `live_schedule_id`. The endpoint only checks `User::isLogged()` but never verifies that the authenticated user owns the targeted schedule. After overwriting the poster, the endpoint broadcasts a `socketLiveOFFCallback` notification containing the victim's broadcast key and user ID to all connected WebSocket clients. Commit 5fcb3bdf59f26d65e203cfbc8a685356ba300b60 fixes the issue.

Seerr is an open-source media request and discovery manager for Jellyfin, Plex, and Emby. A missing authorization vulnerability has been identified in the application starting in version 2.7.0 and prior to version 3.1.0. It allows authenticated users to access and modify data belonging to other users. This issue is due to the absence of the `isOwnProfileOrAdmin()` middleware on several push subscription API routes. Version 3.1.0 fixes the issue.
Within SAP S/4HANA - versions S4CORE 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, SAPSCORE 127, the application business partner extension for Spain/Slovakia does not perform necessary authorization checks for a low privileged authenticated user over the network, resulting in escalation of privileges leading to low impact on confidentiality and integrity of the data.
Discourse is an open source discussion platform. Prior to versions 2025.12.2, 2026.1.1, and 2026.2.0, `discourse-policy` plugin allows any authenticated user to interact with policies on posts they do not have permission to view. The `PolicyController` loads posts by ID without verifying the current user's access, enabling policy group members to accept/unaccept policies on posts in private categories or PMs they cannot see and any authenticated user to enumerate which post IDs have policies attached via differentiated error responses (information disclosure). The issue is patched in versions 2025.12.2, 2026.1.1, and 2026.2.0 by adding a `guardian.can_see?(@post)` check in the `set_post` before_action, ensuring post visibility is verified before any policy action is processed. As a workaround, disabling the discourse-policy plugin (`policy_enabled = false`) eliminates the vulnerability. There is no other workaround without upgrading.
Tuleap is a Free & Open Source Suite to improve management of software developments and collaboration. In affected versions Tuleap does not properly verify permissions when creating branches with the REST API in Git repositories using the fine grained permissions. Users can create branches via the REST endpoint `POST git/:id/branches` regardless of the permissions set on the repository. This issue has been fixed in version 13.10.99.82 Tuleap Community Edition as well as in version 13.10-3 of Tuleap Enterprise Edition. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
Cronicle is a multi-server task scheduler and runner, with a web based front-end UI. Prior to 0.9.111, jb child processes can include an update_event key in their JSON output. The server applies this directly to the parent event's stored configuration without any authorization check. A low-privilege user who can create and run events can modify any event property, including webhook URLs and notification emails. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.111.
Paymenter is a free and open-source webshop solution for management of hosting services. In versions prior to 1.5.0, the ticket creation endpoint accepts a user-supplied service identifier without enforcing ownership validation, allowing authenticated users to create support tickets referencing services belonging to other accounts by modifying the service ID in the request. An attacker could modify the service ID value in the client-side request and successfully create a ticket associated with another user's service. The vulnerability requires authentication and does not provide direct access to service contents or customer data. However, referenced service information could become visible to support personnel handling the ticket. Successful exploitation could allow an authenticated user to: create support tickets referencing services belonging to other users, potentially cause support staff to interact with or review unrelated customer services. The vulnerability did not allow direct access to another user's service, modification of another user's service or retrieval of confidential service data through the vulnerable endpoint itself. This issue has been fixed in version 1.5.0.
The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 1.70.4. This is due to a missing capability check on the `siteorigin_widget_preview_widget_action()` function which is registered via the `wp_ajax_so_widgets_preview` AJAX action. The function only verifies a nonce (`widgets_action`) but does not check user capabilities. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes by invoking the `SiteOrigin_Widget_Editor_Widget` via the preview endpoint. The required nonce is exposed on the public frontend when the Post Carousel widget is present on a page, embedded in the `data-ajax-url` HTML attribute.
The Greenshift – animation and page builder blocks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data due to a missing capability check on the greenshift_app_pass_validation() function in all versions up to, and including, 12.6. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to retrieve global plugin settings including stored AI API keys and modify plugin settings, including the injection of arbitrary web scripts via the 'custom_css' value (stored XSS). NOTE: This vulnerability was partially patched in version 12.6.
The WPCafe – Restaurant Menu, Online Food Ordering & Table Booking System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.14. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to list, create, update, delete, clone, and bulk-delete notification flow workflows that are intended to be managed only by administrators. The only protection on these endpoints is a wp_rest nonce check, which is obtainable by any logged-in user from the frontend page source.
The AIKTP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to missing authorization checks on the /aiktp/getToken REST API endpoint in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.04. The endpoint uses the 'verify_user_logged_in' as a permission callback, which only checks if a user is logged in, but fails to verify if the user has administrative capabilities. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to retrieve the administrator's 'aiktpz_token' access token, which can then be used to create posts, upload media library files, and access private content as the administrator.
Jenkins Bitbucket Server Integration Plugin 3.1.0 and earlier does not perform permission checks in several HTTP endpoints, allowing attackers with Overall/Read permission to create, view, and delete BitBucket Server consumers.

Due to missing authorization check, SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP - versions 700, 701, 702, 731, allows an authenticated attacker, to access content on the start screen of any transaction that is available with in the same SAP system even if he/she isn't authorized for that transaction. A successful exploitation could expose information and in worst case manipulate data before the start screen is executed, resulting in limited impact on confidentiality and integrity of the application.
The WP Radio – Worldwide Online Radio Stations Directory for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on multiple AJAX functions in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.9. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber access and above, to import radio stations, remove countries, and modify the plugin's settings, which can lead to Cross-Site Scripting, tracked separately in CVE-2024-1041.
