Internet Key Exchange (IKE) Protocol Denial of Service Vulnerability
Windows iSCSI Discovery Service Denial of Service Vulnerability
IBM HTTP Server 8.5, and 9.0 is vulnerable to denial of service via the optional module mod_ibm_upload.
The Negotiate Security Software Provider (SSP) interface in Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash from null dereference) or execute arbitrary code via a crafted SPNEGO NegTokenInit request during authentication protocol selection.
HTTP.sys Denial of Service Vulnerability
A null pointer vulnerability in Trend Micro Apex One and Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 SP1 could allow an attacker to crash the CGI program on affected installations.

Windows Peer Name Resolution Protocol Denial of Service Vulnerability
An access violation vulnerability exists in the DirectComposition functionality win32kbase.sys driver version 10.0.22000.593 as part of Windows 11 version 22000.593 and version 10.0.20348.643 as part of Windows Server 2022 version 20348.643. A specially-crafted set of syscalls can lead to a reboot. An unprivileged user can run specially-crafted code to trigger Denial Of Service.
Null pointer dereference in Windows TCP/IP allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
Null pointer dereference in Windows Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
Windows Networking Denial of Service Vulnerability
Foxit PDF Reader before 12.0.1 and PDF Editor before 12.0.1 allow an exportXFAData NULL pointer dereference.
Foxit PDF Reader before 12.0.1 and PDF Editor before 12.0.1 allow a NULL pointer dereference when this.Span is used for oState of Collab.addStateModel, because this.Span.text can be NULL.

Windows Internet Key Exchange (IKE) Extension Denial of Service Vulnerability
Windows Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) Denial of Service Vulnerability
Nitro PDF Pro for Windows 14.41.1.4 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the JavaScript implementation of app.alert(). When app.alert() is called with more than one argument and the first argument evaluates to null (for example, app.alert(app.activeDocs, true) when app.activeDocs is null), the engine routes the call through a fallback path intended for non-string arguments. In this path, js_ValueToString() is invoked on the null value and returns an invalid string pointer, which is then passed to JS_GetStringChars() without validation. Dereferencing this pointer leads to an access violation and application crash when opening a crafted PDF.
A message unchecked NULL return value vulnerability in Trend Micro Apex Central could allow a remote attacker to create a denial-of-service condition on affected installations. Please note: authentication is not required in order to exploit this vulnerability..
A NULL pointer dereference in Nitro PDF Pro for Windows v14.41.1.4 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted XFA packet.
Windows Remote Desktop Licensing Service Denial of Service Vulnerability
Microsoft Windows SMBv3 suffers from a null pointer dereference in versions of Windows prior to the April, 2022 patch set. By sending a malformed FileNormalizedNameInformation SMBv3 request over a named pipe, an attacker can cause a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crash of the Windows kernel. For most systems, this attack requires authentication, except in the special case of Windows Domain Controllers, where unauthenticated users can always open named pipes as long as they can establish an SMB session. Typically, after the BSOD, the victim SMBv3 server will reboot.

Windows Active Directory Domain Services API Denial of Service Vulnerability
Windows Secure Channel Denial of Service Vulnerability
Windows iSCSI Service Denial of Service Vulnerability
The GIF parser in ateimg32.dll in AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) 5.9.3797 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a malformed buddy icon that causes an integer underflow in a loop counter variable.

Allocation of resources without limits or throttling in ASP.NET Core allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
Uncontrolled resource consumption in Windows Standards-Based Storage Management Service allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
DHCP Server Service Denial of Service Vulnerability
Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes Db2 Connect Server) is vulnerable to a denial of service as the server terminates abnormally when executing a specially crafted SELECT statement. IBM X-Force ID: 200659.
Uncontrolled resource consumption in Remote Desktop Gateway Service allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
