Improper use of the static-eval npm package in the open source solution qnabot-on-aws versions 7.2.4 and earlier may allow an authenticated administrator to execute arbitrary code within the fulfillment Lambda execution context by injecting a crafted conditional chaining expression via the Content Designer interface, which bypasses the intended expression sandbox through JavaScript prototype manipulation. This may grant direct access to backend resources (Lambda environment variables, OpenSearch indices, S3 objects, DynamoDB tables) that are not exposed through normal administrative interfaces. We recommend you upgrade to version 7.3.0 or above.
Contao is an open source CMS that allows you to create websites and scalable web applications. In affected versions it is possible to load PHP files by entering insert tags in the Contao back end. Installations are only affected if they have untrusted back end users who have the rights to modify fields that are shown in the front end. Update to Contao 4.4.56, 4.9.18 or 4.11.7 to resolve. If you cannot update then disable the login for untrusted back end users.

The manipulation of the argument data leads to code injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The WP ALL Export Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data that can lead to privilege escalation due to improper user input validation and sanitization in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to update arbitrary options on the WordPress site. This can be leveraged to update the default role for registration to administrator and enable user registration for attackers to gain administrative user access to a vulnerable site.
Sourcecodester Faculty Evaluation System v1.0 is vulnerable to arbitrary code execution via /eval/ajax.php?action=save_user.
Grav is a flat-file content management system. Prior to version 1.7.42, the denylist introduced in commit 9d6a2d to prevent dangerous functions from being executed via injection of malicious templates was insufficient and could be easily subverted in multiple ways -- (1) using unsafe functions that are not banned, (2) using capitalised callable names, and (3) using fully-qualified names for referencing callables. Consequently, a low privileged attacker with login access to Grav Admin panel and page creation/update permissions is able to inject malicious templates to obtain remote code execution. A patch in version 1.7.42 improves the denylist.
A vulnerability in langgenius/dify versions <=v0.9.1 allows for code injection via internal SSRF requests in the Dify sandbox service. This vulnerability enables an attacker to execute arbitrary Python code with root privileges within the sandbox environment, potentially leading to the deletion of the entire sandbox service and causing irreversible damage.
The Automation Scripting functionality can be exploited by attackers to run arbitrary system commands on the underlying operating system. An account with administrator privileges or that has been explicitly granted access to use Automation Scripting is needed to carry out the attack. Exploitation of this vulnerability would allow an attacker to run commands of their choosing on the underlying operating system of the web server running LogicalDOC.
AyaCMS 3.1.2 is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution (RCE) via /aya/module/admin/ust_tab_e.inc.php,
XenForo before 2.3.9 and before 2.2.18 allows remote code execution (RCE) by authenticated, but malicious, admin users. An attacker with admin panel access can execute arbitrary code on the server.
Grav is a file based Web-platform. Twig processing of static pages can be enabled in the front matter by any administrative user allowed to create or edit pages. As the Twig processor runs unsandboxed, this behavior can be used to gain arbitrary code execution and elevate privileges on the instance. The issue was addressed in version 1.7.11.

A command injection vulnerability in the Nmap diagnostic tool in the admin web console of Extron SMP 111 <=3.01, SMP 351 <=2.16, SMP 352 <= 2.16, and SME 211 <= 3.02, allows a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root on the underlying operating system.
Grav is a flat-file content management system. Prior to version 1.7.42, there is a logic flaw in the `GravExtension.filterFilter()` function whereby validation against a denylist of unsafe functions is only performed when the argument passed to filter is a string. However, passing an array as a callable argument allows the validation check to be skipped. Consequently, a low privileged attacker with login access to Grav Admin panel and page creation/update permissions is able to inject malicious templates to obtain remote code execution. The vulnerability can be found in the `GravExtension.filterFilter()` function declared in `/system/src/Grav/Common/Twig/Extension/GravExtension.php`. Version 1.7.42 contains a patch for this issue. End users should also ensure that `twig.undefined_functions` and `twig.undefined_filters` properties in `/path/to/webroot/system/config/system.yaml` configuration file are set to `false` to disallow Twig from treating undefined filters/functions as PHP functions and executing them.
The Menu Item Visibility Control WordPress plugin through 0.5 doesn't sanitize and validate the "Visibility logic" option for WordPress menu items, which could allow highly privileged users to execute arbitrary PHP code even in a hardened environment.
AI Engine < 2.4.3 is susceptible to remote-code-execution (RCE) via Log Poisoning. The AI Engine WordPress plugin before 2.5.1 fails to validate the file extension of "logs_path", allowing Administrators to change log filetypes from .log to .php.
The Speed Booster Pack ⚡ PageSpeed Optimization Suite WordPress plugin before 4.2.0 did not validate its caching_exclude_urls and caching_include_query_strings settings before outputting them in a PHP file, which could lead to RCE

An attacker must already have administrator privileges on the machine to exploit this vulnerability.
A code injection vulnerability exists in the berriai/litellm application, version 1.34.6, due to the use of unvalidated input in the eval function within the secret management system. This vulnerability requires a valid Google KMS configuration file to be exploitable. Specifically, by setting the `UI_LOGO_PATH` variable to a remote server address in the `get_image` function, an attacker can write a malicious Google KMS configuration file to the `cached_logo.jpg` file. This file can then be used to execute arbitrary code by assigning malicious code to the `SAVE_CONFIG_TO_DB` environment variable, leading to full system control. The vulnerability is contingent upon the use of the Google KMS feature.
The package underscore from 1.13.0-0 and before 1.13.0-2, from 1.3.2 and before 1.12.1 are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Injection via the template function, particularly when a variable property is passed as an argument as it is not sanitized.
In Advantech WebAccss/SCADA v9.1.3 and prior, there is an arbitrary file overwrite vulnerability, which could allow an attacker to overwrite any file in the operating system (including system files), inject code into an XLS file, and modify the file extension, which could lead to arbitrary code execution.
A vulnerability was found in DedeCMS 5.7.114. It has been classified as critical. This affects an unknown part of the file article_template_rand.php. The manipulation leads to code injection. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The associated identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-271995. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The WP Super Cache WordPress plugin before 1.7.2 was affected by an authenticated (admin+) RCE in the settings page due to input validation failure and weak $cache_path check in the WP Super Cache Settings -> Cache Location option. Direct access to the wp-cache-config.php file is not prohibited, so this vulnerability can be exploited for a web shell injection.
The Easy PHP Settings plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Code Injection in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.4 via the `update_wp_memory_constants()` method. This is due to insufficient input validation on the `wp_memory_limit` and `wp_max_memory_limit` settings before writing them to `wp-config.php`. The `sanitize_text_field()` function used for sanitization does not filter single quotes, allowing an attacker to break out of the string context in a PHP `define()` statement. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to inject and execute arbitrary PHP code on the server by modifying `wp-config.php`, which is loaded on every page request.
It was discovered that a user with Fleet admin permissions could upload a malicious package. Due to using an older version of the js-yaml library, this package would be loaded in an insecure manner, allowing an attacker to execute commands on the Kibana server.
It was found in Moodle before version 3.10.1, 3.9.4, 3.8.7 and 3.5.16 that it was possible for site administrators to execute arbitrary PHP scripts via a PHP include used during Shibboleth authentication.
Windmill is an open-source developer platform for internal code: APIs, background jobs, workflows and UIs. Workspace environment variable values are interpolated into JavaScript string literals without escaping single quotes in the NativeTS executor. A workspace admin who sets a custom environment variable with a value containing `'` can inject arbitrary JavaScript that executes inside every NativeTS script in that workspace. This is a code injection bug in `worker.rs`, not related to the sandbox/NSJAIL topic. Version 1.664.0 patches the issue.
Fides is an open-source privacy engineering platform. Starting in version 2.19.0 and prior to version 2.44.0, the Email Templating feature uses Jinja2 without proper input sanitization or rendering environment restrictions, allowing for Server-Side Template Injection that grants Remote Code Execution to privileged users. A privileged user refers to an Admin UI user with the default `Owner` or `Contributor` role, who can escalate their access and execute code on the underlying Fides Webserver container where the Jinja template rendering function is executed. The vulnerability has been patched in Fides version `2.44.0`. Users are advised to upgrade to this version or later to secure their systems against this threat. There are no workarounds.
AutoCMS v5.4 was discovered to contain a PHP code injection vulnerability via the txtsite_url parameter at /admin/site_add.php. This vulnerability allows attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via injecting a crafted value.
Shopware is an open commerce platform. Prior to versions 6.6.5.1 and 6.5.8.13, the `context` variable is injected into almost any Twig Template and allows to access to current language, currency information. The context object allows also to switch for a short time the scope of the Context as a helper with a callable function. The function can be called also from Twig and as the second parameter allows any callable, it's possible to call from Twig any statically callable PHP function/method. It's not possible as customer to provide any Twig code, the attacker would require access to Administration to exploit it using Mail templates or using App Scripts. Update to Shopware 6.6.5.1 or 6.5.8.13 to receive a patch. For older versions of 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 corresponding security measures are also available via a plugin.
Dell EMC Data Protection Advisor versions 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 18.2 versions prior to patch 83, and 19.1 versions prior to patch 71 contain a server-side template injection vulnerability in the REST API. A remote authenticated malicious user with administrative privileges may potentially exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious report generation scripts in the server. This may lead to OS command execution as the regular user runs the DPA service on the affected system.
A code injection vulnerability exists in Pulse Connect Secure <9.1R8 that allows an attacker to crafted a URI to perform an arbitrary code execution via the admin web interface.
A vulnerability in the Pulse Connect Secure < 9.1R8.2 admin web interface could allow an authenticated attacker to upload custom template to perform an arbitrary code execution.
SeaCMS 12.9 has a remote code execution vulnerability. The vulnerability is due to the fact that although admin_template.php imposes certain restrictions on the edited file, attackers can still bypass the restrictions and write code in some way, allowing authenticated attackers to exploit the vulnerability to execute arbitrary commands and gain system privileges.
PopojiCMS 2.0.1 contains an authenticated remote command execution vulnerability that allows administrative users to inject malicious PHP code through the metadata settings endpoint.
