runc through 1.0.0-rc8, as used in Docker through 19.03.2-ce and other products, allows AppArmor restriction bypass because libcontainer/rootfs_linux.go incorrectly checks mount targets, and thus a malicious Docker image can mount over a /proc directory.
The event analysis component in Zoho ManageEngine ADAudit Plus 7.1.1 allows an attacker to bypass audit detection by creating or renaming user accounts with a "$" symbol suffix. NOTE: the vendor states "We do not consider this as a security bug and it's an expected behaviour."
Milesight NCR/camera version 71.8.0.6-r5 allows authentication bypass through an unspecified method.

In moodle, insufficient capability checks could lead to users with the ability to course restore adding additional capabilities to roles within that course. Versions affected: 3.9 to 3.9.2, 3.8 to 3.8.5, 3.7 to 3.7.8, 3.5 to 3.5.14 and earlier unsupported versions. This is fixed in moodle 3.9.3, 3.8.6, 3.7.9, 3.5.15, and 3.10.
qmail-verify as used in netqmail 1.06 is prone to a mail-address verification bypass vulnerability.
Authlib is a Python library which builds OAuth and OpenID Connect servers. Prior to version 1.6.4, Authlib’s JWS verification accepts tokens that declare unknown critical header parameters (crit), violating RFC 7515 “must‑understand” semantics. An attacker can craft a signed token with a critical header (for example, bork or cnf) that strict verifiers reject but Authlib accepts. In mixed‑language fleets, this enables split‑brain verification and can lead to policy bypass, replay, or privilege escalation. This issue has been patched in version 1.6.4.
DNN (formerly DotNetNuke) is an open-source web content management platform (CMS) in the Microsoft ecosystem. In versions 7.0.0 to before 10.0.1, DNN.PLATFORM allows a specially crafted request or proxy to be created that could bypass the design of DNN Login IP Filters allowing login attempts from IP Addresses not in the allow list. This issue has been patched in version 10.0.1.
OpenFGA is an authorization/permission engine. OpenFGA v1.5.7 and v1.5.8 are vulnerable to authorization bypass when calling Check API with a model that uses `but not` and `from` expressions and a userset. Users should downgrade to v1.5.6 as soon as possible. This downgrade is backward compatible. As of time of publication, a patch is not available but OpenFGA's maintainers are planning a patch for inclusion in a future release.
Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in WPWeb Docket (WooCommerce Collections / Wishlist / Watchlist) allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.This issue affects Docket (WooCommerce Collections / Wishlist / Watchlist): from n/a before 1.7.0.
In the module "PayPal Official" for PrestaShop 7+ releases prior to version 6.4.2 and for PrestaShop 1.6 releases prior to version 3.18.1, a malicious customer can confirm an order even if payment is finally declined by PayPal. A logical weakness during the capture of a payment in case of disabled webhooks can be exploited to create an accepted order. This could allow a threat actor to confirm an order with a fraudulent payment support. Versions 6.4.2 and 3.18.1 contain a patch for the issue. Additionally, users enable webhooks and check they are callable.
A vulnerability in Pantera CRM versions 401.152 and 402.072 allows unauthorized attackers to bypass IP-based access controls by manipulating the X-Forwarded-For header.
A permissions issue was addressed with additional restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15. A non-privileged user may be able to modify restricted network settings.
Incorrect access control in Sunbird DCIM dcTrack v9.1.2 allows attackers to create or update a ticket with a location which bypasses an RBAC check.
An issue was discovered in the FileImporter extension for MediaWiki before 1.34.4. An attacker can import a file even when the target page is protected against "page creation" and the attacker should not be able to create it. This occurs because of a mishandled distinction between an upload restriction and a create restriction. An attacker cannot leverage this to overwrite anything, but can leverage this to force a wiki to have a page with a disallowed title.
An issue was discovered on Samsung mobile devices with O(8.x), P(9.0), and Q(10.0) (with TEEGRIS) software. Secure Folder does not properly restrict use of Android Debug Bridge (adb) for arbitrary installations. The Samsung ID is SVE-2020-17369 (June 2020).
