Unauthenticated File Exfiltration in Altium Enterprise Server Vault Service via Hard-coded Cryptographic Key and Path Traversal

A hard-coded cryptographic key is used by Altium Enterprise Server to sign file download URLs in the Vault service. Because the key is identical across all installations, an unauthenticated network attacker who can reach the server can forge valid download signatures and retrieve files from the Vault storage area without any authentication, session, or credentials. A separate path traversal vulnerability in the same download endpoint allows the configured storage root to be escaped, enabling reads of arbitrary files on the server filesystem. Combined, these issues allow an unauthenticated attacker to obtain sensitive server configuration and key material, which can lead to full server compromise. The vulnerability can be chained with CVE-2026-9152 to enumerate and bulk-download stored content. Altium 365 cloud deployments are not impacted in practice, as file storage uses object storage rather than the local filesystem.

A vulnerability has been identified in SENTRON 7KT PAC1260 Data Manager (All versions). Affected devices contain hardcoded credentials for remote access to the device operating system with root privileges. This could allow unauthenticated remote attackers to gain full access to a device, if they are in possession of these credentials and if the ssh service is enabled (e.g., by exploitation of CVE-2024-41793).

Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) Insecure Installation Credentials

Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) Virtual Appliance Host prior to version 22.0.1049 and Application prior to version 20.0.2786 (VA/SaaS deployments) contain a default admin account and an installation‑time endpoint at `/admin/query/update_database.php` that can be accessed without authentication. An attacker who can reach the installation web interface can POST arbitrary `root_user` and `root_password` values, causing the script to replace the default admin credentials with attacker‑controlled ones. The script also contains hard‑coded SHA‑512 and SHA‑1 hashes of the default password, allowing the attacker to bypass password‑policy validation. As a result, an unauthenticated remote attacker can obtain full administrative control of the system during the initial setup. This vulnerability has been identified by the vendor as: V-2024-022 — Insecure Installation Credentials.

Ruckus vRIoT IoT Controller < 3.0.0.0 Hardcoded SSH Credentials RCE

The Ruckus vRIoT IoT Controller firmware versions prior to 3.0.0.0 (GA) contain hardcoded credentials for an operating system user account within an initialization script. The SSH service is network-accessible without IP-based restrictions. Although the configuration disables SCP and pseudo-TTY allocation, an attacker can authenticate using the hardcoded credentials and establish SSH local port forwarding to access the Docker socket. By mounting the host filesystem via Docker, an attacker can escape the container and execute arbitrary OS commands as root on the underlying vRIoT controller, resulting in complete system compromise.

Ruckus vRIoT IoT Controller < 3.0.0.0 Hardcoded Tokens RCE

The Ruckus vRIoT IoT Controller firmware versions prior to 3.0.0.0 (GA) expose a command execution service on TCP port 2004 running with root privileges. Authentication to this service relies on a hardcoded Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) secret and an embedded static token. An attacker who extracts these credentials from the appliance or a compromised device can generate valid authentication tokens and execute arbitrary OS commands with root privileges, resulting in complete system compromise.

Pandora FMS ≤ 5.0 SP2 Default Credential SQL Injection RCE

An unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability exists in Pandora FMS version 5.0 SP2 and earlier. The mobile/index.php endpoint fails to properly sanitize user input in the loginhash_data parameter, allowing attackers to extract administrator credentials or active session tokens via crafted requests. This occurs because input is directly concatenated into an SQL query without adequate validation, enabling SQL injection. After authentication is bypassed, a second vulnerability in the File Manager component permits arbitrary PHP file uploads. The file upload functionality does not enforce MIME-type or file extension restrictions, allowing authenticated users to upload web shells into a publicly accessible directory and achieve remote code execution.

Array Networks vAPV and vxAG Default Credential Privilege Escalation

Array Networks vAPV (version 8.3.2.17) and vxAG (version 9.2.0.34) appliances are affected by a privilege escalation vulnerability caused by a combination of hardcoded SSH credentials (or SSH private key) and insecure permissions on a startup script. The devices ship with a default SSH login or a hardcoded DSA private key, allowing an attacker to authenticate remotely with limited privileges. Once authenticated, an attacker can overwrite the world-writable /ca/bin/monitor.sh script with arbitrary commands. Since this script is executed with elevated privileges through the backend binary, enabling the debug monitor via backend -c "debug monitor on" triggers execution of the attacker's payload as root. This allows full system compromise.
