Capgo - Cross-App Build Job Access via app_id/job_id Mismatch in /build/status and /build/logs

Capgo before 12.128.2 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in the /build/status and /build/logs endpoints that allows attackers to access build jobs belonging to different applications by supplying a mismatched app_id and job_id combination. Limited API keys restricted to a single app can retrieve build status and logs from other apps by providing an authorized app_id while using a job_id from an unauthorized app, exposing sensitive build information including logs, metadata, and potentially credentials.

Capgo - Account Merge via Poisoned public.users.email in SSO Provisioning

Capgo before 12.128.12 allows authenticated users to modify their mutable public.users.email to arbitrary addresses, which the SSO provisioning endpoint trusts as an account-merge key. Attackers can pre-position their account with a victim's corporate SSO email, causing the provision-user endpoint to merge the victim's SSO identity into the attacker-controlled account.

Booking Package <= 1.7.16 - Authenticated (Editor+) Privilege Escalation via Account Takeover to updateUser AJAX Action

The Booking Package plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Account Takeover in versions up to, and including, 1.7.16. This is due to a missing capability check on the 'updateUser' branch of the package_app_action AJAX endpoint, where the handler only validates a nonce and the dispatcher invokes Schedule::updateUser() with the $administrator argument hard-coded to 1, bypassing the only owner-restriction check inside that function and allowing the target user to be determined solely by attacker-supplied input passed directly to wp_update_user(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Editor-level access and above, to change the email address and password of any account, including Administrator accounts, resulting in a full site takeover.

StudioCMS: IDOR — Admin-to-Owner Account Takeover via Password Reset Link Generation

StudioCMS is a server-side-rendered, Astro native, headless content management system. Prior to 0.4.3, the POST /studiocms_api/dashboard/create-reset-link endpoint allows any authenticated user with admin privileges to generate a password reset token for any other user, including the owner account. The handler verifies that the caller is an admin but does not enforce role hierarchy, nor does it validate that the target userId matches the caller's identity. Combined with the POST /studiocms_api/dashboard/reset-password endpoint, this allows a complete account takeover of the highest-privileged account in the system. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.4.3.

CouchCMS Privilege Escalation via f_k_levels_list Parameter

CouchCMS contains a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows authenticated Admin-level users to create SuperAdmin accounts by tampering with the f_k_levels_list parameter in user creation requests. Attackers can modify the parameter value from 4 to 10 in the HTTP request body to bypass authorization validation and gain full application control, circumventing restrictions on SuperAdmin account creation and privilege assignment.

RegistrationMagic <= 5.2.0.5 - Authenticated (Admin+) Insecure Direct Object Reference to Arbitrary User Password Change

The RegistrationMagic plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object References in versions up to, and including, 5.2.0.5. This is due to the plugin providing user-controlled access to objects, letting a user bypass authorization and access system resources. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level permissions and above, to change user passwords and potentially take over super-administrator accounts in multisite setup.

SolarWinds Serv-U Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

An Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability exists in Serv-U, which when exploited, gives a malicious actor the ability to execute native code as a privileged account. This issue requires administrative privileges to abuse. On Windows deployments, the risk is scored as a medium because services frequently run under less-privileged service accounts by default.
