ClearanceKit's signed policy tables lack monotonic counter, allowing replay of older legitimately-signed snapshots

ClearanceKit intercepts file-system access events on macOS and enforces per-process access policies. Prior to version 5.0.10, each table in the on-disk SQLite policy store (`/Library/Application Support/clearancekit/store.db`) is verified using an ECDSA signature stored in the `data_signatures` table. The signed payload contains only the canonical row content, with no version counter or freshness binding. An attacker who can write `store.db` and the matching `data_signatures` row — feasible during the opfilter-update window when the Endpoint Security filter is offline, or via offline-boot / decrypted-backup scenarios — can substitute a previously-captured legitimately-signed snapshot. opfilter accepts the older snapshot as fully valid on next boot because the existing signatures still verify. Version 5.0.10 patches the issue.

Misskey: TOTP tokens can be reused

Misskey is an open source, federated social media platform. Prior to 2026.6.0, Misskey contains a vulnerability in Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication in UserAuthService where insufficient validation of used tokens allows the reuse of a single-use code within its valid time step. If both credentials and a TOTP code are obtained concurrently, an attacker may reuse the code to perform unauthorized actions, potentially leading to account takeover. This issue is fixed in version 2026.6.0.

Logto: TOTP code can be replayed within the RFC 6238 validity window (one-time use violation)

Logto is the modern, open-source auth infrastructure for SaaS and AI apps. Prior to 1.41.0, Logto's existing TOTP verification accepted a successfully used TOTP code again while the code remained inside the RFC 6238 acceptance window because the verifier used otplib's stateless check with window = 1 and did not persist or compare the accepted TOTP time-step counter. An attacker who has the victim's first factor and captures a live TOTP value can replay that value to satisfy MFA during the same acceptance window. This issue is fixed in version 1.41.0.

Alps Electric Co., Ltd. R53R0 Remote Keyless Entry System (RKES) Replay Attack

Remote Keyless Entry System (RKES), using the 433 MHz key fob bearing FCC ID CWTR53R0 manufactured by ALPS ALPINE CO., LTD., is vulnerable to a roll-back attack against its rolling-code authentication.  An attacker within RF range who records two consecutive lock or unlock transmissions from a legitimate key fob can later replay the same pair of transmissions repeatedly. During testing, replaying the first captured transmission caused the RKES to enter a state in which replaying the second captured transmission resulted in a successful lock or unlock operation of the vehicle. Tested and confirmed on a 2024 Suzuki Swift (SWIFT ISG GLS AC 1.2 5P 4x2 TM).

Rocket.Chat: Apple Sign-In skips JWT claims validation, allowing expired and cross-audience token replay

Rocket.Chat is an open-source, secure, fully customizable communications platform. Prior to 8.5.1, 8.4.4, 8.3.6, 8.2.6, 8.1.6, 8.0.7, and 7.10.13, Rocket.Chat's Apple Sign-In handler verifies JWT signatures but skips claims validation. Any Apple-signed JWT with a non-empty iss is accepted regardless of aud, exp, nbf, or nonce. An attacker who obtains a target user's Apple identity token (from server logs, an intercepted sign-in flow, or another application sharing the same Apple developer team) can replay it to authenticate as that user, with no expiration on the replay window. This vulnerability is fixed in 8.5.1, 8.4.4, 8.3.6, 8.2.6, 8.1.6, 8.0.7, and 7.10.13.

Lack of cryptographic protection in Wertheim SafeController 5400 enables RS-485 message sniffing and replay

The Wertheim SafeController 5400, Controller 5400 - AssemblyVersion 6.11.8130.22320, uses RS-485 communication between the server and the microcontroller without cryptographic protection. An attacker with access to the communication path between the server and the microcontroller can sniff RS-485 messages and replay previously observed messages. This can be used, for example, to spoof a "quit alarm" message and continuously deactivate the safe alarm.

Indian Scout Bobber 2025 Infotainment-to-WCM weak authentication allows recovery of user PIN from observed exchange

Weak authentication in the Wireless Control Module (WCM) of the Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber + Tech 2025 model year allows an adjacent-network attacker with read access to the in-vehicle network to recover the user-set unlock PIN by passively observing a single PIN authentication exchange. The Infotainment Digital Round display computes its response using a non-cryptographic operation rather than a cryptographic challenge-response, so the PIN is mathematically derivable from one captured exchange, defeating the motorcycle's primary user-authentication control. Specific protocol details have been withheld pending vendor remediation.

CVE-2026-9095

Casdoor versions 2.362.0 and earlier map SAML assertions to user sessions without replay protection. The ParseSamlResponse() function in object/saml_sp.go calls sp.RetrieveAssertionInfo() and immediately maps the result to a user session. There is no assertion ID cache, OneTimeUse condition enforcement, or replay detection anywhere in the SAML SP code path. As a result, an attacker can replay a previously captured SAML assertion to obtain an authenticated session for the assertion’s subject, including administrator accounts, without needing the user’s password or MFA credentials.

Microsoft UFO accepts cross-device TASK_END messages by session_id only, allowing peer task-result injection

Microsoft UFO open-source framework for intelligent automation across devices and platforms. In 3.0.1-4-ge2626659, Microsoft UFO's constellation client tracks pending task responses by session_id only and does not verify that a TASK_END message came from the device that originally received the task. When the constellation sends a task to a target device, it records a pending Future under a session key. The pending task record stores the expected device ID, but the completion path ignores that binding. If another authenticated peer device sends a forged TASK_END with the same session_id, the constellation accepts the response and completes the victim device's pending Future with attacker-controlled result data. This is an authenticated cross-device task-result injection issue.

Keycloak: org.keycloak.authentication: keycloak: unauthorized account takeover via webauthn token replay

A flaw was found in Keycloak. This authentication vulnerability allows a remote attacker to replay `ExecuteActionsActionToken` tokens within Keycloak's WebAuthn (Web Authentication) flow. By intercepting an execute-actions email link, an attacker can register their own authenticator to a victim's account. This leads to unauthorized enrollment of a hardware-backed credential, enabling persistent account takeover.

azureauthextension Authenticate method does not validate bearer tokens, allowing auth bypass via replay

azureauthextension is the Azure Authenticator Extension. From 0.124.0 to 0.150.0, a server-side authentication bypass in azureauthextension allows any party who holds a single valid Azure access token for any scope the collector's configured identity can mint for to authenticate to any OpenTelemetry receiver that uses auth: azure_auth. The extension's Authenticate method does not validate incoming bearer tokens as JWTs. Instead, it calls its own configured credential to obtain an access token and compares the client's token to the result with string equality — and the scope for that server-side token request is taken from the client-supplied Host header. As a result, a token minted for any Azure resource the service principal has ever been issued a token for (ARM, Graph, Key Vault, Storage, etc.) will authenticate to the collector if the attacker picks a matching Host. Tokens are replayable for the full issued lifetime (commonly several hours for managed identity tokens).

mppx: Tempo has a session close voucher bypass vulnerability due to settled amount equality

mppx is a TypeScript interface for machine payments protocol. Prior to version 0.4.11, the tempo/session cooperative close handler validated the close voucher amount using "<" instead of "<=" against the on-chain settled amount. An attacker could submit a close voucher exactly equal to the settled amount, which would be accepted without committing any new funds, effectively closing or griefing the channel for free. OneUptime has WebAuthn 2FA bypass: server accepts client-supplied challenge instead of server-stored value, allowing credential replay

OneUptime is a solution for monitoring and managing online services. In version 10.0.11 and prior, the WebAuthn authentication implementation does not store the challenge on the server side. Instead, the challenge is returned to the client and accepted back from the client request body during verification. This violates the WebAuthn specification (W3C Web Authentication Level 2, §13.4.3) and allows an attacker who has obtained a valid WebAuthn assertion (e.g., via XSS, MitM, or log exposure) to replay it indefinitely, completely bypassing the second-factor authentication.
