Aruba has released patches for ClearPass Policy Manager that address this security vulnerability.
grav is vulnerable to Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal')
OpenOLAT is a web-based learning management system (LMS). A path traversal vulnerability exists in versions prior to 15.3.18, 15.5.3, and 16.0.0. Using a specially prepared ZIP file, it is possible to overwrite any file that is writable by the application server user (e.g. the tomcat user). Depending on the configuration this can be limited to files of the OpenOlat user data directory, however, if not properly set up, the attack could also be used to overwrite application server config files, java code or even operating system files. The attack could be used to corrupt or modify any OpenOlat file such as course structures, config files or temporary test data. Those attack would require in-depth knowledge of the installation and thus more theoretical. If the app server configuration allows the execution of jsp files and the path to the context is known, it is also possible to execute java code. If the app server runs with the same user that is used to deploy the OpenOlat code or has write permissions on the OpenOlat code files and the path to the context is know, code injection is possible. The attack requires an OpenOlat user account to upload a ZIP file and trigger the unzip method. It can not be exploited by unregistered users. The problem is fixed in versions 15.3.18, 15.5.3 and 16.0.0. There are no known workarounds aside from upgrading.
SAP NetWeaver (Visual Composer 7.0 RT) versions - 7.30, 7.31, 7.40, 7.50, without restriction, an attacker authenticated as a non-administrative user can upload a malicious file over a network and trigger its processing, which is capable of running operating system commands with the privilege of the Java Server process. These commands can be used to read or modify any information on the server or shut the server down making it unavailable.

Directory traversal vulnerability in the UTL_FILE module in IBM DB2 and DB2 Connect 10.1 before FP1 on Windows allows remote authenticated users to modify, delete, or read arbitrary files via a pathname in the file field.
Directory traversal vulnerability in the Local TFTP file-upload application on Cisco SRP 520 series devices with firmware before 1.1.26 and SRP 520W-U and 540 series devices with firmware before 1.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to upload software to arbitrary directories via unspecified vectors, aka Bug ID CSCtw56009.
Directory traversal vulnerability in Serv-U FTP Server before 11.1.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to read and write arbitrary files, and list and create arbitrary directories, via a "..:/" (dot dot colon forward slash) in the (1) list, (2) put, or (3) get commands.
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Ivanti Avalanche 6.3.3.101. Although authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability, the existing authentication mechanism can be bypassed. The specific flaw exists within the DeviceLogResource class. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the service account. Was ZDI-CAN-15966.
Multiple vulnerabilities in the REST and SOAP API endpoints and the Application Framework feature of Cisco Data Center Network Manager (DCNM) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct directory traversal attacks on an affected device. To exploit these vulnerabilities, an attacker would need administrative privileges on the DCNM application. For more information about these vulnerabilities, see the Details section of this advisory. Note: The severity of these vulnerabilities is aggravated by the vulnerabilities described in the Cisco Data Center Network Manager Authentication Bypass Vulnerabilities advisory, published simultaneously with this one.

Pydio Cells before 1.5.0 fails to neutralize '../' elements, allowing an attacker with minimum privilege to Upload files to, and Delete files/folders from, an unprivileged directory, leading to Privilege escalation.
An issue was discovered in ProjectSend r1053. upload-process-form.php allows finished_files[]=../ directory traversal. It is possible for users to read arbitrary files and (potentially) access the supporting database, delete arbitrary files, access user passwords, or run arbitrary code.
BlogEngine.NET 3.3.7.0 and earlier allows Directory Traversal and Remote Code Execution because file creation is mishandled, related to /api/upload and BlogEngine.NET/AppCode/Api/UploadController.cs. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2019-6714.
Data Center Operation allows for the upload of a zip file from its user interface to the server. A carefully crafted, malicious file could be mistakenly uploaded by an authenticated user via this feature which could contain path traversal file names. As such, it could allow for the arbitrary upload of files contained with the zip onto the server file system outside of the intended directory. This is leveraging the more commonly known ZipSlip vulnerability within Java code.
Data Center Expert, versions 7.5.0 and earlier, allows for the upload of a zip file from its user interface to the server.
Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in Sysax Multi Server 4.5 allow remote authenticated users to read or modify arbitrary files via crafted FTP commands. NOTE: the provenance of this information is unknown; the details are obtained solely from third party information.
Adobe RoboHelp Server version 2019.0.9 (and earlier) is affected by a Path Traversal vulnerability when parsing a crafted HTTP POST request. An authenticated attacker could leverage this vulnerability to achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction.
Directory traversal vulnerability in the Administration interface in Cisco Customer Response Solutions (CRS) before 7.0(1) SR2 in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (aka CCX) server allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete arbitrary files via unspecified vectors.
ABAP File Interface in, SAP BASIS, from 7.00 to 7.02, from 7.10 to 7.11, 7.30, 7.31, 7.40, from 7.50 to 7.52, allows an attacker to exploit insufficient validation of path information provided by users, thus characters representing "traverse to parent directory" are passed through to the file APIs.
The Include Me WordPress plugin through 1.2.1 is vulnerable to path traversal / local file inclusion, which can lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE) of the system due to log poisoning and therefore potentially a full compromise of the underlying structure
A vulnerability in the video endpoint API (xAPI) of Cisco TelePresence Collaboration Endpoint (CE) Software, Cisco TelePresence Codec (TC) Software, and Cisco RoomOS Software could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to conduct directory traversal attacks on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input to the xAPI of the affected software. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted request to the xAPI. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to read and write arbitrary files in the system. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker would need either an In-Room Control or administrator account.
