An issue was discovered in MantisBT through 1.3.14, and 2.0.0. Using a crafted request on bug_report_page.php (modifying the 'm_id' parameter), any user with REPORTER access or above is able to view any private issue's details (summary, description, steps to reproduce, additional information) when cloning it. By checking the 'Copy issue notes' and 'Copy attachments' checkboxes and completing the clone operation, this data also becomes public (except private notes).
In versions prior to 5.5, LXCI for VMware allows an authenticated user to download any system file due to insufficient input sanitization during file downloads.
Aruba ClearPass prior to 6.6.9 has a vulnerability in the API that helps to coordinate cluster actions. An authenticated user with the "mon" permission could use this vulnerability to obtain cluster credentials which could allow privilege escalation. This vulnerability is only present when authenticated as a user with "mon" permission.
Lack or insufficent input validation in WebGUI CLI web in Infinera G42 version R6.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to read all OS files via crafted CLI commands. Details: The web interface based management of the Infinera G42 appliance enables the feature of executing a restricted set of commands. This feature also offers the option to execute a script-file already present on the target device. When a non-script or incorrect file is specified, the content of the file is shown along with an error message. Due to an execution of the http service with a privileged user all files on the file system can be viewed this way.
Analytics data was sent using HTTP rather than HTTPS. This was addressed by sending analytics data using HTTPS. This issue affected versions prior to Apple Support 2.4 for iOS.
Multiple instances of improper input validation vulnerability in Fortinet FortiADC version 7.1.0, version 7.0.0 through 7.0.2 and version 6.2.4 and below allows an authenticated attacker to retrieve files with specific extension from the underlying Linux system via crafted HTTP requests.

cPanel before 68.0.15 does not block a username of ssl (SEC-328).
An issue was discovered in Symfony before 2.7.38, 2.8.31, 3.2.14, 3.3.13, 3.4-BETA5, and 4.0-BETA5. When a form is submitted by the user, the request handler classes of the Form component merge POST data and uploaded files data into one array. This big array forms the data that are then bound to the form. At this stage there is no difference anymore between submitted POST data and uploaded files. A user can send a crafted HTTP request where the value of a "FileType" is sent as normal POST data that could be interpreted as a local file path on the server-side (for example, "file:///etc/passwd"). If the application did not perform any additional checks about the value submitted to the "FileType", the contents of the given file on the server could have been exposed to the attacker.
An issue was discovered in Linaro LAVA before 2018.5.post1. Because of support for URLs in the submit page, a user can forge an HTTP request that will force lava-server-gunicorn to return any file on the server that is readable by lavaserver and valid yaml.
An issue was discovered in Linaro LAVA before 2018.5.post1. Because of support for file: URLs, a user can force lava-server-gunicorn to download any file from the filesystem if it's readable by lavaserver and valid yaml.

An issue was discovered in flatCore before 2.0.0 build 139. A local file disclosure vulnerability was identified in the docs_file HTTP request body parameter for the acp interface. This can be exploited with admin access rights. The affected parameter (which retrieves the contents of the specified file) was found to be accepting malicious user input without proper sanitization, thus leading to retrieval of backend server sensitive files, e.g., /etc/passwd, SQLite database files, PHP source code, etc.
The wpForo Forum plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file read due to insufficient input validation in the 'update' method of the 'Members' class in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level privileges or higher, to read arbitrary files on the server.
Improper input validation in the Intel(R) Data Center Manager Console before version 3.6.2 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via network access.
Apache Druid allows users with certain permissions to read data from other database systems using JDBC. This functionality allows trusted users to set up Druid lookups or run ingestion tasks. Druid also allows administrators to configure a list of allowed properties that users are able to provide for their JDBC connections. By default, this allowed properties list restricts users to TLS-related properties only. However, when configuration a MySQL JDBC connection, users can use a particularly-crafted JDBC connection string to provide properties that are not on this allow list. Users without the permission to configure JDBC connections are not able to exploit this vulnerability. CVE-2021-26919 describes a similar vulnerability which was partially addressed in Apache Druid 0.20.2. This issue is fixed in Apache Druid 30.0.1.
There is an arbitrary file download vulnerability in ZXCLOUD iRAI. Since the backend does not escape special strings or restrict paths, an attacker with user permission could access the download interface by modifying the request parameter, causing arbitrary file downloads.
Insufficient sanitizing in backup resulted in an arbitrary file read risk. The capability to access this feature is only available to teachers, managers and admins by default.

A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in elunez eladmin 2.7. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /api/database/testConnect of the component Maintenance Management Module. The manipulation leads to deserialization. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
The PowerPlay Web component of Mitel Interaction Recording Multitenancy systems before 6.7 could allow a user (with Administrator rights) to replay a previously recorded conversation of another tenant due to insufficient validation.
Sydent is a reference Matrix identity server. Sydent can be induced to send HTTP GET requests to internal systems, due to lack of parameter validation or IP address blacklisting. It is not possible to exfiltrate data or control request headers, but it might be possible to use the attack to perform an internal port enumeration. This issue has been addressed in in 9e57334, 8936925, 3d531ed, 0f00412. A potential workaround would be to use a firewall to ensure that Sydent cannot reach internal HTTP resources.
A security issue was discovered in ingress-nginx where a user that can create or update ingress objects can use a newline character to bypass the sanitization of the `spec.rules[].http.paths[].path` field of an Ingress object (in the `networking.k8s.io` or `extensions` API group) to obtain the credentials of the ingress-nginx controller. In the default configuration, that credential has access to all secrets in the cluster.
