The problem has been fixed in version 2.6.0. Depending on how you have installed Products.PluggableAuthService, you should change the buildout version pin to 2.6.0 and re-run the buildout, or if you used pip simply do `pip install "Products.PluggableAuthService>=2.6.0"`.
wire-server is an open-source back end for Wire, a secure collaboration platform. In wire-server from version 2021-02-16 and before version 2021-03-02, the client metadata of all users was exposed in the `GET /users/list-clients` endpoint. The endpoint could be used by any logged in user who could request client details of any other user (no connection required) as far as they can find their User ID. The exposed metadata included id, class, type, location, time, and cookie. A user on a Wire backend could use this endpoint to find registration time and location for each device for a given list of users. As a workaround, remove `/list-clients` from nginx config. This has been fixed in version 2021-03-02.

Fides is an open-source privacy engineering platform for managing the fulfillment of data privacy requests in a runtime environment, and the enforcement of privacy regulations in code. The Fides webserver API allows users to retrieve its configuration using the `GET api/v1/config` endpoint. The configuration data is filtered to suppress most sensitive configuration information before it is returned to the user, but even the filtered data contains information about the internals and the backend infrastructure, such as various settings, servers’ addresses and ports and database username. This information is useful for administrative users as well as attackers, thus it should not be revealed to low-privileged users. This vulnerability allows Admin UI users with roles lower than the owner role e.g. the viewer role to retrieve the config information using the API. The vulnerability has been patched in Fides version `2.22.1`.
node-etsy-client is a NodeJs Etsy ReST API Client. Applications that are using node-etsy-client and reporting client error to the end user will offer api key value too This is fixed in node-etsy-client v0.3.0 and later.
Zitadel is an open source identity management platform. In Zitadel, even after an organization is deactivated, associated projects, respectively their applications remain active. Users across other organizations can still log in and access through these applications, leading to unauthorized access. Additionally, if a project was deactivated access to applications was also still possible. The issue stems from the fact that when an organization is deactivated in Zitadel, the applications associated with it do not automatically deactivate. The application lifecycle is not tightly coupled with the organization's lifecycle, leading to a situation where the organization or project is marked as inactive, but its resources remain accessible. This vulnerability allows for unauthorized access to projects and their resources, which should have been restricted post-organization deactivation. Versions 2.62.1, 2.61.1, 2.60.2, 2.59.3, 2.58.5, 2.57.5, 2.56.6, 2.55.8, and 2.54.10 have been released which address this issue. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade may explicitly disable the application to make sure the client is not allowed anymore.
OMERO.web is open source Django-based software for managing microscopy imaging. OMERO.web before version 5.9.0 loads various information about the current user such as their id, name and the groups they are in, and these are available on the main webclient pages. This represents an information exposure vulnerability. Some additional information being loaded is not used by the webclient and is being removed in this release. This is fixed in version 5.9.0.
RestrictedPython is a restricted execution environment for Python to run untrusted code. A user can gain access to protected (and potentially sensible) information indirectly via AttributeError.obj and the string module. The problem will be fixed in version 7.3. As a workaround, If the application does not require access to the module string, it can remove it from RestrictedPython.Utilities.utility_builtins or otherwise do not make it available in the restricted execution environment.

Opencast is a free, open-source platform to support the management of educational audio and video content. Prior to version 17.6, Opencast would incorrectly send the hashed global system account credentials (ie: org.opencastproject.security.digest.user and org.opencastproject.security.digest.pass) when attempting to fetch mediapackage elements included in a mediapackage XML file. A previous CVE prevented many cases where the credentials were inappropriately sent, but not all. Anyone with ingest permissions could cause Opencast to send its hashed global system account credentials to a url of their choosing. This issue is fixed in Opencast 17.6.
PagerDuty Runbook through 2025-06-12 exposes stored secrets directly in the webpage DOM at the configuration page. Although these secrets appear masked as password fields, the actual secret values are present in the page source and can be revealed by simply modifying the input field type from "password" to "text" using browser developer tools. This vulnerability is exploitable by administrative users who have access to the configuration page.
In Mahara 18.10 before 18.10.5, 19.04 before 19.04.4, and 19.10 before 19.10.2, certain personal information is discoverable inspecting network responses on the 'Edit access' screen when sharing portfolios.

The created backup files are unencrypted, making the application vulnerable for gathering sensitive information by downloading and decompressing the backup files.
ZimaOS is a fork of CasaOS, an operating system for Zima devices and x86-64 systems with UEFI. In version 1.5.0 and prior, due to insufficient validation or restriction of target URLs, an authenticated local user can craft requests that target internal IP addresses (e.g., 127.0.0.1, localhost, or private network ranges). This allows the attacker to interact with internal HTTP/HTTPS services that are not intended to be exposed externally or to local users. No known patch is publicly available.
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in SQL Server allows an authorized attacker to disclose information over a network.
The IDonate – Blood Donation, Request And Donor Management System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data due to a missing capability check on the admin_donor_profile_view() function in versions 2.0.0 to 2.1.9. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to expose an administrator’s username, email address, and all donor fields.
The WP Register Profile With Shortcode plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2 via the 'rp_user_data' shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to extract sensitive data from user meta like hashed passwords, usernames, and more.

Moodle exposed the names of hidden groups to users who had permission to create calendar events but not to view hidden groups. This could reveal private or restricted group information.
In Nagios Log Server versions prior to 2024R2.0.3, when a user's configured default dashboard is deleted, the application does not reliably fall back to an empty, default dashboard. In some implementations this can result in an unexpected dashboard being presented as the user's default view. Depending on the product's dashboard sharing and access policies, this behavior may cause information exposure or unexpected privilege exposure.
Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. Prior to version 2.3.8, an authenticated user can call GET /api/settings and retrieve sensitive configuration values, including node.secret. The same node.secret is accepted by AuthRequired() through the X-Node-Secret header (or node_secret query parameter), causing the request to be treated as authenticated via the trusted-node path and associated with the init user. This issue has been patched in version 2.3.8.
Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. Prior to version 2.3.8, the GetSettings API handler (api/settings/settings.go:24-65) serializes all settings structs to JSON and returns them to authenticated users. Many sensitive fields are tagged with protected:"true" - however, this tag is only enforced during writes (via ProtectedFill in SaveSettings) and is completely ignored during reads. This exposes 40+ protected fields including JwtSecret (enabling auth token forgery), NodeSecret (enabling cluster node impersonation), OIDC ClientSecret (enabling OAuth account takeover), and the IP whitelist configuration. This issue has been patched in version 2.3.8.
Percona XtraBackup before 2.4.20 unintentionally writes the command line to any resulting backup file output. This may include sensitive arguments passed at run time. In addition, when --history is passed at run time, this command line is also written to the PERCONA_SCHEMA.xtrabackup_history table.

In Rundeck before version 3.2.6, authenticated users can craft a request that reveals Execution data and logs and Job details that they are not authorized to see. Depending on the configuration and the way that Rundeck is used, this could result in anything between a high severity risk, or a very low risk. If access is tightly restricted and all users on the system have access to all projects, this is not really much of an issue. If access is wider and allows login for users that do not have access to any projects, or project access is restricted, there is a larger issue. If access is meant to be restricted and secrets, sensitive data, or intellectual property are exposed in Rundeck execution output and job data, the risk becomes much higher. This vulnerability is patched in version 3.2.6
Pimcore's Admin Classic Bundle provides a backend user interface for Pimcore. Navigating to `/admin/index/statistics` with a logged in Pimcore user exposes information about the Pimcore installation, PHP version, MYSQL version, installed bundles and all database tables and their row count in the system. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.2, 1.4.6, and 1.3.10.
