Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Paytm Paytm Payment Gateway. This issue affects Paytm Payment Gateway: from n/a through 2.7.0.
In PHP versions:8.1.* before 8.1.33, 8.2.* before 8.2.29, 8.3.* before 8.3.23, 8.4.* before 8.4.10 some functions like fsockopen() lack validation that the hostname supplied does not contain null characters. This may lead to other functions like parse_url() treat the hostname in different way, thus opening way to security problems if the user code implements access checks before access using such functions.
Two unauthenticated diagnostic endpoints allow arbitrary backend-initiated network connections to an attacker‑supplied destination. Both endpoints are exposed with permission => 'any', enabling unauthenticated SSRF for internal network scanning and service interaction. This issue affects OpenSupports: 4.11.0.
Bazarr manages and downloads subtitles. In version 1.2.4, the proxy method in bazarr/bazarr/app/ui.py does not validate the user-controlled protocol and url variables and passes them to requests.get() without any sanitization, which leads to a blind server-side request forgery (SSRF). This issue allows for crafting GET requests to internal and external resources on behalf of the server. 1.3.1 contains a partial fix, which limits the vulnerability to HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
Vault’s PKI engine’s ACME validation did not reject local targets when issuing http-01 and tls-alpn-01 challenges. This may lead to these requests being sent to local network targets, potentially leading to information disclosure. Fixed in Vault Community Edition 2.0.0 and Vault Enterprise 2.0.0, 1.21.5, 1.20.10, and 1.19.16.
The MxChat – AI Chatbot for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Blind Server-Side Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.6. This is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied URLs in the PDF processing functionality. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to make the WordPress server perform HTTP requests to arbitrary destinations via the mxchat_handle_chat_request AJAX action.
O'View MapServer developed by PilotGaea Technologies has a Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit this vulnerability to probe internal network.
The a+HRD from aEnrich Technology has a Server-side Request Forgery, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to exploit this vulnerability to probe internal network.
A blind SSRF in GitLab CE/EE affecting all from 11.3 prior to 15.4.6, 15.5 prior to 15.5.5, and 15.6 prior to 15.6.1 allows an attacker to connect to local addresses when configuring a malicious GitLab Runner.
pictureproxy.php in the dirk1983 mm1.ltd source code f9f4bbc allows SSRF via the url parameter. NOTE: the references section has an archived copy of pictureproxy.php from its original GitHub location, but the repository name might later change because it is misleading.
Nextcloud server is an open source personal cloud platform. In affected versions it was found that locally running webservices can be found and requested erroneously. It is recommended that the Nextcloud Server is upgraded to 23.0.8 or 24.0.4. It is recommended that the Nextcloud Enterprise Server is upgraded to 22.2.10.4, 23.0.8 or 24.0.4. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
GLPI stands for Gestionnaire Libre de Parc Informatique. GLPI is a Free Asset and IT Management Software package that provides ITIL Service Desk features, licenses tracking and software auditing. Usage of RSS feeds or an external calendar in planning is subject to SSRF exploit. In case a remote script returns a redirect response, the redirect target URL is not checked against the URL allow list defined by administrator. This issue has been patched, please upgrade to 10.0.4. There are currently no known workarounds.
RAVA certificate validation system has inadequate filtering for URL parameter. An unauthenticated remote attacker can perform SSRF attack to discover internal network topology base on query response.
IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 11.2.0, and 11.2.1 could be vulnerable to a Server-Side Request Forgery Attack (SSRF) attack by constructing URLs from user-controlled data. This could enable attackers to make arbitrary requests to the internal network or to the local file system. IBM X-Force ID: 234180.
4C Strategies Exonaut before v21.6.2.1-1 was discovered to contain a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF).
Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Batik of Apache XML Graphics allows an attacker to load a url thru the jar protocol. This issue affects Apache XML Graphics Batik 1.14.
Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Batik of Apache XML Graphics allows an attacker to fetch external resources. This issue affects Apache XML Graphics Batik 1.14.
Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in the UrlImageConverter component of Apache Fesod (Incubating) fesod-sheet before 2.0.2-incubating allows attackers to cause outbound network requests to internal or otherwise restricted resources via a user-supplied image URL. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.2-incubating, which fixes this issue.
A flaw was found in OpenShift Console. A Server Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attack can happen if an attacker supplies all or part of a URL to the server to query. The server is considered to be in a privileged network position and can often reach exposed services that aren't readily available to clients due to network filtering. Leveraging such an attack vector, the attacker can have an impact on other services and potentially disclose information or have other nefarious effects on the system. The /api/dev-console/proxy/internet endpoint on the OpenShift Console allows authenticated users to have the console's pod perform arbitrary and fully controlled HTTP(s) requests. The full response to these requests is returned by the endpoint. While the name of this endpoint suggests the requests are only bound to the internet, no such checks are in place. An authenticated user can therefore ask the console to perform arbitrary HTTP requests from outside the cluster to a service inside the cluster.
IBM Concert Software 1.0.0 through 1.0.5 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF). This may allow an authenticated attacker to send unauthorized requests from the system, potentially leading to network enumeration or facilitating other attacks.
Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Erlang/OTP ftp (ftp_internal module) allows FTP bounce attacks and SSRF via an unvalidated PASV response IP address. The ftp_internal:handle_ctrl_result/2 PASV handler (mode=passive, ipfamily=inet, ftp_extension=false) extracts the IP address from the server's 227 response and passes it directly to gen_tcp:connect/4 without validating it against the control connection peer address. The adjacent EPSV handlers correctly call peername(CSock) to derive the IP from the control connection, but the PASV handler does not. A malicious or compromised FTP server can redirect the client's data connection to an arbitrary internal host and port. On read operations (ftp:ls/1,2, ftp:nlist/1,2, ftp:recv/2,3), data from the redirected target is returned to the caller. On write operations (ftp:send/2,3, ftp:append/2,3), file content is sent to the redirected target. This enables SSRF against internal hosts, cloud metadata endpoints, and FTP bounce attacks against third-party hosts. The vulnerable path is the default configuration (mode=passive, ipfamily=inet, ftp_extension=false). RFC 2577 section 3 explicitly recommends validating the PASV response IP against the control connection peer. The ftp application is deprecated and scheduled for removal in OTP-30. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/inets/src/ftp/ftp_internal.erl (inets 5.10.4 through 6.5, OTP 17.4 through 20.3) and lib/ftp/src/ftp_internal.erl (ftp 1.0 and later, OTP 21.0 and later). This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.4 before OTP 29.0.2, OTP 28.5.0.2 and OTP 27.3.4.13, corresponding to inets from 5.10.4 before 7.0 and ftp from 1.0 before 1.2.6, 1.2.4.1 and 1.2.3.1.
Matrix Media Repo (MMR) is a highly configurable multi-homeserver media repository for Matrix. Matrix Media Repo (MMR) is vulnerable to server-side request forgery, serving content from a private network it can access, under certain conditions. This is fixed in MMR v1.3.8. Users are advised to upgrade. Restricting which hosts MMR is allowed to contact via (local) firewall rules or a transparent proxy and may provide a workaround for users unable to upgrade.
An unauthenticated attacker may perform a blind server side request forgery (SSRF), due to a CLRF injection issue that can be leveraged to perform HTTP request smuggling. This SSRF leverages the WS-Addressing feature used during a WS-Eventing subscription SOAP operation. The attacker can control all the HTTP data sent in the SSRF connection, but the attacker can not receive any data back from this connection.
An unauthenticated attacker may perform a limited server side request forgery (SSRF), forcing the target device to open a TCP connection to an arbitrary port number on an arbitrary IP address. This SSRF leverages the WS-Addressing ReplyTo element in a Web service (HTTP TCP port 80) SOAP request. The attacker can not control the data sent in the SSRF connection, nor can the attacker receive any data back. This SSRF is suitable for TCP port scanning of an internal network when the Web service (HTTP TCP port 80) is exposed across a network segment.
Chamilo is a learning management system. Prior to version 1.11.28, the OpenId function allows anyone to send requests to any URL on server's behalf, which results in unauthenticated blind SSRF. This issue has been patched in version 1.11.28.
Sentry is an error tracking and performance monitoring platform. Sentry’s integration platform provides a way for external services to interact with Sentry. One of such integrations, the Phabricator integration (maintained by Sentry) with version <=24.1.1 contains a constrained SSRF vulnerability. An attacker could make Sentry send POST HTTP requests to arbitrary URLs (including internal IP addresses) by providing an unsanitized input to the Phabricator integration. However, the body payload is constrained to a specific format. If an attacker has access to a Sentry instance, this allows them to: 1. interact with internal network; 2. scan local/remote ports. This issue has been fixed in Sentry self-hosted release 24.1.2, and has already been mitigated on sentry.io on February 8. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
IBM Security Guardium 11.5 and 12.0 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF). This may allow an authenticated attacker to send unauthorized requests from the system, potentially leading to network enumeration or facilitating other attacks.
ITPison OMICARD EDM fails to properly filter specific URL parameter, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to modify the parameters and conduct Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks. This vulnerability enables attackers to probe internal network information.
Digiwin BPM has inadequate filtering for URL parameter. An unauthenticated remote attacker can perform Blind SSRF attack to discover internal network topology base on URL error response.
In Mendix 7.23.5 and earlier, issue in XML import mappings allow DOCTYPE declarations in the XML input that is potentially unsafe.
An improper authorization vulnerability exists in Jenkins versions 2.106 and earlier, and LTS 2.89.3 and earlier, that allows an attacker to have Jenkins submit HTTP GET requests and get limited information about the response.
Because of no validation on a curl command in MagpieRSS 0.72 in the /extlib/Snoopy.class.inc file, when you send a request to the /scripts/magpie_debug.php or /scripts/magpie_simple.php page, it's possible to request any internal page if you use a https request.
Fediverse Embeds embeds fediverse posts on WordPress sites. Prior to version 1.5.9, Fediverse Embeds registered the unauthenticated AJAX action wp_ajax_nopriv_ftf_get_site_info (includes/Site_Info.php) that verified a nonce ftf-fediverse-embeds-nonce and then called file_get_html($site_url) on the attacker-supplied URL. The same nonce was enqueued onto every public page containing a fediverse embed (via includes/Enqueue_Assets.php lines 41-46 + includes/Helpers.php lines 64-83), so the nonce gate was not an authentication boundary; any visitor of a public post with an embed could grab it and reuse it. This issue has been patched in version 1.5.9.
Coder allows organizations to provision remote development environments via Terraform. Versions prior tp 2.24.5, 2.29.13, 2.30.8, 2.31.12, 2.32.2, and 2.33.3 are vulnerable to unauthenticated semi-blind Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) via the Azure instance identity endpoint (`POST /api/v2/workspaceagents/azure-instance-identity`). An external attacker can force the Coder server to issue HTTP GET requests to arbitrary internal or external hosts by submitting a crafted PKCS#7 signature. The server does not return the target's response body, but error messages in the API response reveal whether the target is reachable and what type of failure occurred. Versions 2.24.5, 2.29.13, 2.30.8, 2.31.12, 2.32.2, and 2.33.3 patch the issue. As a workaround, if the Azure identity-auth mechanism is not being used then restrict access to the corresponding endpoint (`/api/v2/workspaceagents/azure-instance-identity`) using ingress firewall and/or proxy ACLs.
mcp-security provides Security and Authorization support for Model Context Protocol in Spring AI. Prior to 0.1.9, the mcp-security framework fails to implement the mandatory SSRF mitigations outlined in the Model Context Protocol (MCP) security specifications. Specifically, it processes untrusted URLs for OAuth-related discovery and metadata without verifying if the targets are malicious or internal to the network. This only affects installations with Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) enabled This vulnerability is fixed in 0.1.9.
An issue has been discovered in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions starting from 12.1 before 14.7.7, all versions starting from 14.8 before 14.8.5, all versions starting from 14.9 before 14.9.2 where a blind SSRF attack through the repository mirroring feature was possible.
Smokescreen is an HTTP proxy. The primary use case for Smokescreen is to prevent server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks in which external attackers leverage the behavior of applications to connect to or scan internal infrastructure. Smokescreen also offers an option to deny access to additional (e.g., external) URLs by way of a deny list. There was an issue in Smokescreen that made it possible to bypass the deny list feature by surrounding the hostname with square brackets (e.g. `[example.com]`). This only impacted the HTTP proxy functionality of Smokescreen. HTTPS requests were not impacted. Smokescreen version 0.0.4 contains a patch for this issue.
Gotenberg is a Docker-powered stateless API for PDF files. Prior to 8.32.0, FilterOutboundURL resolves the hostname, checks the resolved IPs against the private-address deny-list, and returns only the error. It discards the resolved addresses. Chromium later performs its own DNS resolution when it navigates to the URL. An attacker who controls DNS for a hostname with a short TTL returns a public IP on the first query (Gotenberg allows) and a private IP on the second query (Chromium connects to the attacker-chosen internal address). The CDP Fetch.requestPaused handler re-checks the URL but runs its own DNS resolution, leaving a timing window before Chromium's actual TCP connect. The rendered internal service response returns to the caller as a PDF. This vulnerability is fixed in 8.32.0.
Due to incorrect host parsing, applications that rely on UriComponentsBuilder to parse and validate an externally provided URL string may be exposed to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) attack. Affected versions: Spring Framework 7.0.0 through 7.0.7; 6.2.0 through 6.2.18.
Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to versions 19.2.21, 20.3.19, 21.2.9, and 22.0.0-next.8, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in @angular/platform-server due to improper handling of URLs during Server-Side Rendering (SSR). When an attacker sends a request such as GET /\evil.com/ HTTP/1.1 the server engine (Express, etc.) passes the URL string to Angular’s rendering functions. Because the URL parser normalizes the backslash to a forward slash for HTTP/HTTPS schemes, the internal state of the application is hijacked to believe the current origin is evil.com. This misinterpretation tricks the application into treating the attacker’s domain as the local origin. Consequently, any relative HttpClient requests or PlatformLocation.hostname references are redirected to the attacker controlled server, potentially exposing internal APIs or metadata services. This issue has been patched in versions 19.2.21, 20.3.19, 21.2.9, and 22.0.0-next.8.
Apache Neethi does not impose any restrictions on URIs when manually fetching remote policy references through the PolicyReference API. When an application explicitly calls the API to retrieve a policy from a remote URI, an outbound request is made for arbitrary protocols and internal IP adddresses. From 3.2.2, only http or https URIs are allowed, and link-local/multicast/any-local addresses are forbidden. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.2.2, which fixes this issue.
Arcane is an interface for managing Docker containers, images, networks, and volumes. Prior to 1.17.3, the /api/templates/fetch endpoint accepts a caller-supplied url parameter and performs a server-side HTTP GET request to that URL without authentication and without URL scheme or host validation. The server's response is returned directly to the caller. type. This constitutes an unauthenticated SSRF vulnerability affecting any publicly reachable Arcane instance. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.17.3.
FastGPT is an AI Agent building platform. Prior to 4.14.10.3, the /api/core/app/mcpTools/runTool endpoint accepts arbitrary URLs without authentication. The internal IP check in isInternalAddress() only blocks private IPs when CHECK_INTERNAL_IP=true, which is not the default. This allows unauthenticated attackers to perform SSRF against internal network resources. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.14.10.3.
Smokescreen is a simple HTTP proxy that fogs over naughty URLs. There was an issue in Smokescreen that made it possible to bypass the deny list feature by appending a dot to the end of user-supplied URLs, or by providing input in a different letter case. Recommended to upgrade Smokescreen to version 0.0.3 or later.
Medusa is an automatic video library manager for TV shows. Versions prior to 1.0.19 are vulnerable to unauthenticated blind server-side request forgery (SSRF). The `testDiscord` request handler in `medusa/server/web/home/handler.py` does not validate the user-controlled `discord_webhook` variable and passes it to the `notifiers.discord_notifier.test_notify` method, then `_notify_discord` and finally `_send_discord_msg` method, which sends a POST request to the user-controlled URL on line 64 in `/medusa/notifiers/discord.py`, which leads to a blind server-side request forgery. This issue allows for crafting POST requests on behalf of the Medusa server. Version 1.0.19 contains a fix for the issue.
Medusa is an automatic video library manager for TV shows. Versions prior to 1.0.19 are vulnerable to unauthenticated blind server-side request forgery (SSRF). The `testslack` request handler in `medusa/server/web/home/handler.py` does not validate the user-controlled `slack_webhook` variable and passes it to the `notifiers.slack_notifier.test_notify` method, then `_notify_slack` and finally `_send_slack` method, which sends a POST request to the user-controlled URL on line 103 in `/medusa/notifiers/slack.py`, which leads to a blind server-side request forgery (SSRF). This issue allows for crafting POST requests on behalf of the Medusa server. Version 1.0.19 contains a fix for the issue.
FreeScout is a free help desk and shared inbox built with PHP's Laravel framework. Prior to version 1.8.211, checkIpByMask() in app/Misc/Helper.php checks whether the input IP contains a / character. Plain IP addresses never contain /, so the function always returns false without checking any CIDR ranges. The entire 10.0.0.0/8 and 172.16.0.0/12 private ranges are unprotected. This issue has been patched in version 1.8.211.
IBM Langflow Desktop 1.0.0 through 1.8.4 IBM Langflow is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF). This may allow an authenticated attacker to send unauthorized requests from the system, potentially leading to network enumeration or facilitating other attacks.
Faraday is an HTTP client library abstraction layer that provides a common interface over many adapters. Versions 2.0.0 through 2.14.1 still allow protocol-relative host override when the request target is passed as a URI object (rather than a String) to Faraday::Connection#build_exclusive_url. This bypasses the February 2026 fix for GHSA-33mh-2634-fwr2 and enables off-host request forgery: a request built from a fixed-base Faraday::Connection can be redirected to an attacker-controlled host, forwarding connection-scoped values such as Authorization headers and default query parameters. This issue has been fixed in version 2.14.3.
Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse. Prior to version 0.7.0-beta.9, the `v4_is_invalid()` function in `activitypub-federation-rust` (`src/utils.rs`) does not check for `Ipv4Addr::UNSPECIFIED` (0.0.0.0). An unauthenticated attacker controlling a remote domain can point it to 0.0.0.0, bypass the SSRF protection introduced by the fix for CVE-2025-25194 (GHSA-7723-35v7-qcxw), and reach localhost services on the target server. Version 0.7.0-beta.9 patches the issue.
