An Indirect Object Reference (IDOR) in Security Center allows an authenticated remote attacker to escalate privileges via the 'owner' parameter.
A vulnerability has been identified in SINEC NMS (All versions < V4.0 SP3). Affected products do not properly validate user authorization when processing password reset requests. This could allow an authenticated remote attacker to bypass authorization checks, leading to the ability to reset the password of any arbitrary user account.
Craft is a platform for creating digital experiences. In Craft versions from 4.0.0-RC1 to before 4.17.0-beta.1 and 5.9.0-beta.1, there is a Privilege Escalation vulnerability in Craft CMS’s GraphQL API that allows an authenticated user with write access to one asset volume to escalate their privileges and modify/transfer assets belonging to any other volume, including restricted or private volumes to which they should not have access. The saveAsset GraphQL mutation validates authorization against the schema-resolved volume but fetches the target asset by ID without verifying that the asset belongs to the authorized volume. This allows unauthorized cross-volume asset modification and transfer. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.17.0-beta.1 and 5.9.0-beta.1.
Outline is a service that allows for collaborative documentation. Prior to 1.4.0, an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the document restoration logic allows any team member to unauthorizedly restore, view, and seize ownership of deleted drafts belonging to other users, including administrators. By bypassing ownership validation during the restore process, an attacker can access sensitive private information and effectively lock the original owner out of their own content. Version 1.4.0 fixes the issue.
D-Link D-View 8 versions 2.0.1.107 and below contain an improper access control vulnerability in backend API endpoints. Any authenticated user can supply an arbitrary user_id value to retrieve sensitive credential data belonging to other users, including super administrators. The exposed credential material can be reused directly as a valid authentication secret, allowing full impersonation of the targeted account. This results in complete account takeover and full administrative control over the D-View system.
Marval MSM v14.19.0.12476 is has an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability. A low privilege user is able to see other users API Keys including the Admins API Keys.

The Resideo Plugin for Resideo - Real Estate WordPress Theme plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation via account takeover in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.4. This is due to the plugin not properly validating a user's identity prior to updating their details like email. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to change arbitrary user's email addresses, including administrators, and leverage that to reset the user's password and gain access to their account.
File Browser provides a file managing interface within a specified directory and it can be used to upload, delete, preview, rename and edit files. Versions prior to 2.45.1 have an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the FileBrowser application's share deletion functionality. This vulnerability allows any authenticated user with share permissions to delete other users' shared links without authorization checks. The impact is significant as malicious actors can disrupt business operations by systematically removing shared files and links. This leads to denial of service for legitimate users, potential data loss in collaborative environments, and breach of data confidentiality agreements. In organizational settings, this could affect critical file sharing for projects, presentations, or document collaboration. Version 2.45.1 contains a fix for the issue.
The Service Finder Bookings plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation via account takeover in all versions up to, and excluding, 6.1. Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. In versions prior to 1.9.0, the delete_api_key_route() endpoint accepts an api_key_id path parameter and deletes it with only a generic authentication check (get_current_active_user dependency). However, the delete_api_key() CRUD function does NOT verify that the API key belongs to the current user before deletion.
An Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) in the dashboard of SiSMART v7.4.0 allows attackers to execute a horizontal-privilege escalation.

CWE-639: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in web services in Progress Sitefinity 15.2.x before 15.2.8441, 15.3.x before 15.3.8531, and 15.4.x before 15.4.8630 allows a remote authenticated attacker to modify account properties of other users, potentially leading to account compromise. Successful exploitation requires knowledge of values that are not generally exposed to low-privileged users.
ECOA BAS controller is vulnerable to insecure direct object references that occur when the application provides direct access to objects based on user-supplied input. As a result of this vulnerability, attackers with general user's privilege can remotely bypass authorization and access the hidden resources in the system and execute privileged functionalities.
The Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar – Amelia plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.3. This is due to the `UpdateProviderCommandHandler` failing to validate changes to the `externalId` field when a Provider (Employee) user updates their own profile. The `externalId` maps directly to a WordPress user ID and is passed to `wp_set_password()` and `wp_update_user()` without authorization checks. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Provider-level (Employee) access and above, to take over any WordPress account — including Administrator — by injecting an arbitrary `externalId` value when updating their own provider profile.
The ExactMetrics – Google Analytics Dashboard for WordPress plugin is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions 8.6.0 through 9.0.2. This is due to the `store_settings()` method in the `ExactMetrics_Onboarding` class accepting a user-supplied `triggered_by` parameter that is used instead of the current user's ID to check permissions. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with the `exactmetrics_save_settings` capability to bypass the `install_plugins` capability check by specifying an administrator's user ID in the `triggered_by` parameter, allowing them to install arbitrary plugins and achieve Remote Code Execution. This vulnerability only affects sites on which administrator has given other user types the permission to view reports and can only be exploited by users of that type.
The Login as User plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.3. This is due to the handle_return_to_admin() function trusting a client-controlled cookie (oclaup_original_admin) to determine which user to authenticate as, without any server-side verification that the cookie value was legitimately set during an admin-initiated user switch. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to escalate their privileges to administrator by setting the oclaup_original_admin cookie to an administrator's user ID and triggering the "Return to Admin" functionality.
Microsoft UFO open-source framework for intelligent automation across devices and platforms. In 3.0.1-4-ge2626659, Microsoft UFO's WebSocket control plane trusts client-supplied identity and role fields in task messages. A client connection can register as a normal device, but later send a TASK message claiming client_type="constellation" and target_id=<victim-device-id>. The server trusts the role and target values from the wire message rather than enforcing the role registered for that WebSocket connection. As a result, any authenticated WebSocket client with the shared server token can spoof the higher-privilege constellation role and dispatch attacker-controlled tasks to another connected device. The same client registry also allows duplicate client_id registration, overwriting an existing live client's stored websocket, role, and task protocol. This is an authenticated WebSocket role/identity spoofing issue leading to peer task hijacking.
The QOCA aim from Quanta Computer has an Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability. By controlling the user ID parameter, remote attackers with regular privileges could access certain features as any user, modify any user's account information and privileges, leading to privilege escalation.
All V1 collection-level endpoints in ChromaDB's Python project pass None for the tenant and database to the authorization layer, allowing attackers to bypass authorization controls by using the V1 endpoints.
In Webkul Bagisto before 0.1.5, the functionalities for customers to change their own values (such as address, review, orders, etc.) can also be manipulated by other customers.
A lack of authorization validation in version 0.4.17 or later of the ChromaDB Python project allows any authenticated users to arbitrarily read, write, update, or delete data in any tenant's collection regardless of which tenant they belong to.

Avo is a framework to create admin panels for Ruby on Rails apps. Prior to version 3.31.2, a broken access control vulnerability was identified in the ActionsController of the Avo framework. Due to insecure action lookup logic, an authenticated user can execute any Action class (descendants of Avo::BaseAction) on any resource, even if the action is not registered for that specific resource. This leads to Privilege Escalation and unauthorized data manipulation across the entire application. This issue has been patched in version 3.31.2.
The extension fails to properly reset the generated MFA code after successful authentication. This leads to a possible MFA bypass for future login attempts by providing an empty string as MFA code to the extensions MFA provider.
Magento Commerce versions 2.4.2 (and earlier), 2.4.2-p1 (and earlier) and 2.3.7 (and earlier) are affected by an improper input validation vulnerability. An authenticated attacker can trigger an insecure direct object reference in the `V1/customers/me` endpoint to achieve information exposure and privilege escalation.
A flaw in Naxclow's platform’s onboarding workflow allows an attacker to replay a confirm-then-bind sequence to silently reassign a device to an arbitrary account. Because the affected endpoints validate request signatures but do not confirm legitimate ownership, an attacker with any account can take over a device without user interaction while the device remains online and unaware.
CWE-639: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability exists that could allow an authorized attacker to modify values outside those defined by their privileges (Elevation of Privileges) when the attacker sends modified HTTPS requests to the device.
