Due to a regression introduced in version 3.83.0, a security header is no longer applied to certain user-uploaded content served from repositories. This may allow an authenticated attacker with repository upload privileges to exploit a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability with user context.
URVE Smart Office is vulnerable to Stored XSS in report problem functionality. An attacker with a low-privileged account can upload an SVG file containing a malicious payload, which will be executed when a victim visits the URL of the uploaded resource. The resource is available to anyone without any form of authentication. This issue was fixed in version 1.1.24.
Sulu is a PHP content management system. Sulu is vulnerable against XSS whereas a low privileged user with access to the “Media” section can upload an SVG file with a malicious payload. Once uploaded and accessed, the malicious javascript will be executed on the victims’ (other users including admins) browsers. This issue is fixed in 2.6.5.
Nagios XI versions prior to 5.8.0 are vulnerable to cross-site scripting (XSS) via the Views feature URL handling. Insufficient validation or escaping of user-supplied input may allow an attacker to inject and execute arbitrary script in the context of a victim's browser.
