Out-of-bounds read in libimagecodec.quram.so prior to SMR Dec-2025 Release 1 allows remote attackers to access out-of-bounds memory.
An out-of-bounds read was addressed with improved input validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Monterey 12.6.8, macOS Ventura 13.5, macOS Big Sur 11.7.9. Processing a file may lead to a denial-of-service or potentially disclose memory contents.
Out-of-bounds read in Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network.
An Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories SEL-411L could allow an attacker to perform reflection attacks against an authorized and authenticated user. See product Instruction Manual Appendix A dated 20230830 for more details.
A flaw was found in libgit2 before version 0.27.3. It has been discovered that an unexpected sign extension in git_delta_apply function in delta.c file may lead to an integer overflow which in turn leads to an out of bound read, allowing to read before the base object. An attacker may use this flaw to leak memory addresses or cause a Denial of Service.
html2xhtml v1.3 was discovered to contain an Out-Of-Bounds read in the function static void elm_close(tree_node_t *nodo) at procesador.c. This vulnerability allows attackers to access sensitive files or cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted html file.

Tungsten Automation Power PDF AcroForm Annotation Out-Of-Bounds Read Information Disclosure Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of Tungsten Automation Power PDF. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the handling of Annotation objects. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a read past the end of an allocated buffer. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-24474.
A vulnerability was found in Nothings stb up to f056911. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is the function stbhw_build_tileset_from_image of the component Header Array Handler. The manipulation of the argument w leads to out-of-bounds read. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. This product is using a rolling release to provide continious delivery. Therefore, no version details for affected nor updated releases are available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Insufficient data validation in Extensions in Google Chrome prior to 107.0.5304.62 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to leak cross-origin data via a crafted Chrome extension. (Chromium security severity: Low)
In the GD Graphics Library (aka LibGD) through 2.2.5, there is a heap-based buffer over-read in tiffWriter in gd_tiff.c. NOTE: the vendor says "In my opinion this issue should not have a CVE, since the GD and GD2 formats are documented to be 'obsolete, and should only be used for development and testing purposes.'
OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation via a format-agnostic API with a feature set, scalability, and robustness needed for feature film production. In affected versions there is a bug in the heif input functionality of OpenImageIO. Specifically, in `HeifInput::seek_subimage()`. In the worst case, this can lead to an information disclosure vulnerability, particularly for programs that directly use the `ImageInput` APIs. This bug has been addressed in commit `0a2dcb4c` which is included in the 2.5.13.1 release. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
A vulnerability in the Trend Micro Apex One ServerMigrationTool component could allow an attacker to trigger an out-of-bounds red information disclosure which would disclose sensitive information to an unprivileged account. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
There is a heap-based buffer over-read in libdwarf 0.4.0. This issue is related to dwarf_global_formref_b.

Out of bounds memory access in FedCM in Google Chrome prior to 116.0.5845.179 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
stb_image is a single file MIT licensed library for processing images. When `stbi_set_flip_vertically_on_load` is set to `TRUE` and `req_comp` is set to a number that doesn’t match the real number of components per pixel, the library attempts to flip the image vertically. A crafted image file can trigger `memcpy` out-of-bounds read because `bytes_per_pixel` used to calculate `bytes_per_row` doesn’t match the real image array dimensions.
Out of bounds memory access in CSS in Google Chrome prior to 116.0.5845.110 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)

Multiple out-of-bounds read vulnerabilities exist in the readMSH functionality of libigl v2.5.0. A specially crafted .msh file can lead to an out-of-bounds read. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability. This vulnerabilitty concerns the`readMSH` function while processing `MshLoader::ELEMENT_TRI` elements.
Insufficient boundary checks when decoding JSON in JSON_parser allows read access to out of bounds memory, potentially leading to information leak and DOS. This issue affects HHVM 4.45.0, 4.44.0, 4.43.0, 4.42.0, 4.41.0, 4.40.0, 4.39.0, versions between 4.33.0 and 4.38.0 (inclusive), versions between 4.9.0 and 4.32.0 (inclusive), and versions prior to 4.8.7.
