An information disclosure vulnerability exists in the /srvs/membersrv/getCashiers endpoint of the Aptsys gemscms backend platform thru 2025-05-28. This unauthenticated endpoint returns a list of cashier accounts, including names, email addresses, usernames, and passwords hashed using MD5. As MD5 is a broken cryptographic function, the hashes can be easily reversed using public tools, exposing user credentials in plaintext. This allows remote attackers to perform unauthorized logins and potentially gain access to sensitive POS operations or backend functions.

Typebot Vulnerable to Credential Theft via Client-Side Script Execution and API Authorization Bypass

Typebot is an open-source chatbot builder. In versions prior to 3.13.2, client-side script execution in Typebot allows stealing all stored credentials from any user. When a victim previews a malicious typebot by clicking "Run", JavaScript executes in their browser and exfiltrates their OpenAI keys, Google Sheets tokens, and SMTP passwords. The `/api/trpc/credentials.getCredentials` endpoint returns plaintext API keys without verifying credential ownership. Version 3.13.2 fixes the issue.

Tugtainer vulnerable to Password Exposure via URL Query Parameter

Tugtainer is a self-hosted app for automating updates of Docker containers. In versions prior to 1.16.1, the password authentication mechanism transmits passwords via URL query parameters instead of the HTTP request body. This causes passwords to be logged in server access logs and potentially exposed through browser history, Referer headers, and proxy logs. Version 1.16.1 patches the issue.

libtpms returns wrong initialization vector when certain symmetric ciphers are used

libtpms, a library that provides software emulation of a Trusted Platform Module, has a flaw in versions 0.10.0 and 0.10.1. The commonly used integration of libtpms with OpenSSL 3.x contained a vulnerability related to the returned IV (initialization vector) when certain symmetric ciphers were used. Instead of returning the last IV it returned the initial IV to the caller, thus weakening the subsequent encryption and decryption steps. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality. Version 0.10.2 fixes the issue. No known workarounds are available.

SiYuan: Information Disclosure and Authentication Bypass via Hardcoded Session Secret

SiYuan is self-hosted, open source personal knowledge management software. In versions 3.5.1 and prior, the SiYuan Note application utilizes a hardcoded cryptographic secret for its session store. This unsafe practice renders the session encryption ineffective. Since the sensitive AccessAuthCode is stored within the session cookie, an attacker who intercepts or obtains a user's encrypted session cookie (e.g., via session hijacking) can locally decrypt it using the public key. Once decrypted, the attacker can retrieve the AccessAuthCode in plain text and use it to authenticate or take over the session.

MartialBE one-hub docker-compose.yml hard-coded key

A vulnerability has been found in MartialBE one-hub up to 0.14.27. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file docker-compose.yml. The manipulation of the argument SESSION_SECRET leads to use of hard-coded cryptographic key . The attack may be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. It is recommended to change the configuration settings. The code maintainer recommends (translated from Chinese): "The default docker-compose example file is not recommended for production use. If you intend to use it in production, please carefully check and modify every configuration and environment variable yourself!"

Apache StreamPark: Use hard-coded key vulnerability

In Apache StreamPark versions 2.0.0 through 2.1.7, a security vulnerability involving a hard-coded encryption key exists. This vulnerability occurs because the system uses a fixed, immutable key for encryption instead of dynamically generating or securely configuring the key. Attackers may obtain this key through reverse engineering or code analysis, potentially decrypting sensitive data or forging encrypted information, leading to information disclosure or unauthorized system access. This issue affects Apache StreamPark: from 2.0.0 before 2.1.7. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.1.7, which fixes the issue.

A missing encryption of sensitive data vulnerability was found in the UPS settings of ADM

When a user configures the NAS to retrieve UPS status or control the UPS, a non-enforced TLS certificate verification can allow an attacker able to intercept network traffic between the client and server can perform a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack, which may obtain the sensitive information of the UPS server configuation. This issue affects ADM: from 4.1.0 through 4.3.3.RKD2, from 5.0.0 through 5.1.0.RN42.

The application uses an insecure hashing algorithm (MD5) to hash passwords. If an attacker obtained a copy of these hashes, either through exploiting cloud services, performing TLS downgrade attacks on the traffic from a mobile device, or through another means, they may be able to crack the hash in a reasonable amount of time and gain unauthorized access to the victim's account.

The firmware on the basestation of the Meatmeet is not encrypted. An adversary with physical access to the Meatmeet device can disassemble the device, connect over UART, and retrieve the firmware dump for analysis. Within the NVS partition they may discover the credentials of the current and previous Wi-Fi networks. This information could be used to gain unauthorized access to the victim's Wi-Fi network.

A cryptanalytic break in Altcha Proof-of-Work obfuscation mode version 0.8.0 and later allows for remote visitors to recover the Proof-of-Work nonce in constant time via mathematical deduction. NOTE: this is disputed by the Supplier because the product's objective is "to discourage automated scraping / bots, not guarantee resistance to determined attackers." The documentation states “the goal is not to provide a secure cryptographic algorithm but to use a proof-of-work mechanism that allows any capable device to decrypt the hidden data.”

Advantech WISE-DeviceOn Server < 5.4 Hard-coded JWT Key Authentication Bypass

Advantech WISE-DeviceOn Server versions prior to 5.4 contain a hard-coded cryptographic key vulnerability. The product uses a static HS512 HMAC secret for signing EIRMMToken JWTs across all installations. The server accepts forged JWTs that need only contain a valid email claim, allowing a remote unauthenticated attacker to generate arbitrary tokens and impersonate any DeviceOn account, including the root super admin. Successful exploitation permits full administrative control of the DeviceOn instance and can be leveraged to execute code on managed agents through DeviceOn’s remote management features.
