An attacker could exploit it to craft special packets to trigger out-of-bounds memory access, which may further lead to system exceptions.
An issue was discovered in the cookie crate before 0.7.6 for Rust. Large integers in the Max-Age of a cookie cause a panic.
Alstom e-terracontrol 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via crafted DNP3 packets.
The Cisco Unified IP Phone 8945 with software 9.3(2) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (device hang) via a malformed PNG file, aka Bug ID CSCud04270.
Cisco TelePresence TC Software before 6.1 and TE Software before 4.1.3 allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (temporary device hang) via crafted SIP packets, aka Bug ID CSCuf89557.
An issue was discovered on D-Link DIR-605L Model B before FW2.11betaB06_hbrf devices, related to the code that handles the authentication values for HNAP. An attacker can cause a denial of service (device crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact by sending a sufficiently long string in the password field of the HTTP Basic Authentication section of the HTTP request.
