FreePBX is an open source IP PBX. From 15.0.42 to before 16.0.45 and 17.0.7, unauthenticated users may be able to access the User Control Panel (UCP) using hard-coded initial template credentials if these were not immediately changed by the Administrator who enabled UCP. Authenticated access to ACP is required for the initial setup of UCP generic templates, but after that, without further steps by the admin, unauthenticated users may be able to gain access. This vulnerability is fixed in 16.0.45 and 17.0.7.
NetMan 204 contains a hard-coded backdoor account with the username and password 'eurek' that grants administrative access. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can authenticate through the cgi-bin/login.cgi endpoint (for example /cgi-bin/login.cgi?username=eurek&password=eurek, which due to lax parameter validation can be shortened to /cgi-bin/login.cgi?username=eurek%20eurek) to obtain administrator privileges, allowing them to alter device configuration, enable the telnet/SSH services, and reset local user credentials.
Use of Hard-coded Credentials vulnerability in Utarit Informatics Services Inc. SoliClub allows Authentication Abuse. This issue affects SoliClub: before 5.3.7.
The Premium Age Verification / Restriction for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file read and write due to the existence of an insufficiently protected remote support functionality in remote_tunnel.php in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.2. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read from or write to arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make the exposure of sensitive information or remote code execution possible.

Izanami is a shared configuration service well-suited for micro-service architecture implementation. Attackers can bypass the authentication in this application when deployed using the official Docker image. Because a hard coded secret is used to sign the authentication token (JWT), an attacker could compromise another instance of Izanami. This issue has been patched in version 1.11.0.
Hardcoded credentials in the Basic Authentication setup tool (bin/solr auth enable) in Apache Solr versions 9.4.0 through 9.10.1 and 10.0.0 allows a remote attacker to gain full administrative access to the cluster via publicly known default credentials installed silently alongside the user-specified account. As an immediate workaround without upgrading, delete the template users (superadmin, admin, search, index) from security.json or change their passwords. The future, not yet released, versions 9.11.0 and 10.1.0 will not be vulnerable, and it will be enough to upgrade to solve the issue. Not affected: * Clusters where bin/solr auth enable was not used to bootstrap BasicAuth * Clusters where template users have been assigned strong passwords after bootstrap
The Baxter Spectrum WBM (v17, v20D29, v20D30, v20D31, and v22D24), when used with a Baxter Spectrum v8.x (model 35700BAX2) in a factory-default wireless configuration enables an FTP service with hard-coded credentials.
Use of hard-coded credentials vulnerability in SS1 Ver.13.0.0.40 and earlier and Rakuraku PC Cloud Agent Ver.2.1.8 and earlier allows a remote attacker to obtain the password of the debug tool and execute it. As a result of exploiting this vulnerability with CVE-2023-22335 and CVE-2023-22336 vulnerabilities together, it may allow a remote attacker to execute an arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges by sending a specially crafted script to the affected device.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow an attacker who has gained unauthorized access to system resources, including access to execute software or to view/update files, directories, or system configuration. This could allow an attacker with network access to view sensitive data including PHI.

ZPanel 10.0.1 has insufficient entropy for its password reset process.
Code Dx versions prior to 2023.4.2 are vulnerable to user impersonation attack where a malicious actor is able to gain access to another user's account by crafting a custom "Remember Me" token. This is possible due to the use of a hard-coded cipher which was used when generating the token. A malicious actor who creates this token can supply it to a separate Code Dx system, provided they know the username they want to impersonate, and impersonate the user. A vulnerability in Cisco Emergency Responder could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to log in to an affected device using the root account, which has default, static credentials that cannot be changed or deleted. This vulnerability is due to the presence of static user credentials for the root account that are typically reserved for use during development. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by using the account to log in to an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to log in to the affected system and execute arbitrary commands as the root user.
The management tool in MyLittleAdmin 3.8 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code because machineKey is hardcoded (the same for all customers' installations) in web.config, and can be used to send serialized ASP code.

The installation script in Katello 1.0 and earlier does not properly generate the Application.config.secret_token value, which causes each default installation to have the same secret token, and allows remote attackers to authenticate to the CloudForms System Engine web interface as an arbitrary user by creating a cookie using the default secret_token.
Use of Hard-coded Credentials in GitHub repository alextselegidis/easyappointments prior to 1.5.0.

In Ruckus Network Director (RND) < 4.5.0.54, the OVA appliance contains hardcoded credentials for the ruckus PostgreSQL database user. In the default configuration, the PostgreSQL service is accessible over the network on TCP port 5432. An attacker can use the hardcoded credentials to authenticate remotely, gaining superuser access to the database. This allows creation of administrative users for the web interface, extraction of password hashes, and execution of arbitrary OS commands.

Merit LILIN AH55B04 & AH55B08 DVR firm has hard-coded administrator credentials. An unauthenticated remote attacker can use these credentials to log in administrator page, to manipulate system or disrupt service.
The Meatmeet Pro was found to be shipped with hardcoded Wi-Fi credentials in the firmware, for the test network it was developed on. If an attacker retrieved this, and found the physical location of the Wi-Fi network, they could gain unauthorized access to the Wi-Fi network of the vendor. Additionally, if an attacker were located in close physical proximity to the device when it was first set up, they may be able to force the device to auto-connect to an attacker-controlled access point by setting the SSID and password to the same as which was found in the firmware file.
A vulnerability in TOTOLINK N200RE_v5 firmware V9.3.5u.6139 allows unauthenticated attackers to access the telnet service via a crafted POST request. Attackers are also able to leverage this vulnerability to login as root via hardcoded credentials.

D-Link DPH-400S/SE VoIP Phone v1.01 contains hardcoded provisioning variables, including PROVIS_USER_PASSWORD, which may expose sensitive user credentials. An attacker with access to the firmware image can extract these credentials using static analysis tools such as strings or xxd, potentially leading to unauthorized access to device functions or user accounts. This vulnerability exists due to insecure storage of sensitive information in the firmware binary.
Sewio’s Real-Time Location System (RTLS) Studio version 2.0.0 up to and including version 2.6.2 contains hard-coded passwords for select users in the application’s database. This could allow a remote attacker to login to the database with unrestricted access.
