An Out-of-Bounds Read vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (rpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows an unauthenticated network-based attacker sending a specifically malformed BGP packet to cause rpd to crash and restart, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). Continued receipt and processing of this packet will create a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) condition. This issue only affects systems configured in either of two ways: * systems with BGP traceoptions enabled * systems with BGP traffic engineering configured This issue can affect iBGP and eBGP with any address family configured. The specific attribute involved is non-transitive, and will not propagate across a network. This issue affects: Junos OS: * All versions before 21.4R3-S8, * 22.2 before 22.2R3-S5, * 22.3 before 22.3R3-S4, * 22.4 before 22.4R3-S3, * 23.2 before 23.2R2-S2, * 23.4 before 23.4R2; Junos OS Evolved: * All versions before 21.4R3-S8-EVO, * 22.2-EVO before 22.2R3-S5-EVO, * 22.3-EVO before 22.3R3-S4-EVO, * 22.4-EVO before 22.4R3-S3-EVO, * 23.2-EVO before 23.2R2-S2-EVO, * 23.4-EVO before 23.4R2-EVO.

TensorFlow is an open source platform for machine learning. If `FractionMaxPoolGrad` is given outsize inputs `row_pooling_sequence` and `col_pooling_sequence`, TensorFlow will crash. We have patched the issue in GitHub commit d71090c3e5ca325bdf4b02eb236cfb3ee823e927. The fix will be included in TensorFlow 2.11. We will also cherrypick this commit on TensorFlow 2.10.1, 2.9.3, and TensorFlow 2.8.4, as these are also affected and still in supported range.
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the OpenPLC Runtime EtherNet/IP PCCC parser functionality of OpenPLC_v3 b4702061dc14d1024856f71b4543298d77007b88. A specially crafted network request can lead to denial of service. An attacker can send a series of EtherNet/IP requests to trigger this vulnerability. This is the first instance of the incorrect comparison.

libxml2 20904-GITv2.9.4-16-g0741801 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer over-read in the xmlDictComputeFastKey function in dict.c. This vulnerability causes programs that use libxml2, such as PHP, to crash. This vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for libxml2 Bug 759398.
An array index out of bounds vulnerability in the AMF component of free5GC v4.0.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted 5GS Mobile Identity in a NAS Registration Request message. The issue occurs in the GetSUCI method (NAS_MobileIdentity5GS.go) when accessing index 5 of a 5-element array, leading to a runtime panic and AMF crash.
The webserver of the affected devices contains a vulnerability that may lead to a denial of service condition. An attacker may cause a denial of service situation which leads to a restart of the webserver of the affected device. The security vulnerability could be exploited by an attacker with network access to the affected systems. Successful exploitation requires no system privileges and no user interaction. An attacker could use the vulnerability to compromise availability of the device.
The web interface of the affected devices process some crafted HTTP requests improperly, leading to a device crash. More precisely, a crafted parameter to billcodedef_sub_sel.html is not processed properly and device-crash happens. As for the details of affected product names, model numbers, and versions, refer to the information provided by the respective vendors listed under [References].

A denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the omec-project UPF (pfcpiface component) in version upf-epc-pfcpiface:2.1.3-dev. After PFCP association, a specially crafted PFCP Session Establishment Request with a CreatePDR that contains a malformed Flow-Description is not robustly validated. The Flow-Description parser (parseFlowDesc) can read beyond the bounds of the provided buffer, causing a panic and terminating the UPF process. An attacker who can send PFCP Session Establishment Request messages to the UPF's N4/PFCP endpoint can exploit this issue to repeatedly crash the UPF.
