The Zephyr Bluetooth LE Audio Basic Audio Profile (BAP) unicast client mishandles peer-supplied ASE state notifications. In unicast_client_ep_qos_state() (subsys/bluetooth/audio/bap_unicast_client.c), the handler writes attacker-controlled QoS fields (interval, framing, phy, sdu, rtn, latency, pd) through the stream-qos pointer with only a stream != NULL guard. stream-qos is NULL for any stream that has been codec-configured via bt_bap_stream_config() but not yet added to a unicast group (it is set only by unicast_group_add_stream()). A malicious or buggy remote ASCS server, to which the local device is connected as a BAP unicast client, can send a GATT notification announcing the ASE has entered the QoS Configured state while the local endpoint is still in the Codec Configured state — a transition the dispatcher explicitly permits — during that window, causing a write through a NULL pointer and a crash (denial of service). The data written is itself remote-controlled. The defect shipped in v4.3.0 and v4.4.0 (and earlier). The fix re-points all BAP QoS storage to the always-valid embedded ep-qos struct, eliminating the NULL dereference.
A vulnerability has been identified in OpenPCS 7 V9.1 (All versions < V9.1 SP2 UC05), SIMATIC BATCH V9.1 (All versions < V9.1 SP2 UC05), SIMATIC PCS 7 V9.1 (All versions < V9.1 SP2 UC05), SIMATIC Route Control V9.1 (All versions < V9.1 SP2 UC05), SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Professional V18 (All versions < V18 Update 4), SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Professional V19 (All versions < V19 Update 2), SIMATIC WinCC V7.4 (All versions), SIMATIC WinCC V7.5 (All versions < V7.5 SP2 Update 15), SIMATIC WinCC V8.0 (All versions < V8.0 Update 4). The implementation of the RPC (Remote Procedure call) communication protocol in the affected products do not properly handle certain malformed RPC messages. An attacker could use this vulnerability to cause a denial of service condition in the RPC server.
OpenHarmony-v3.1.2 and prior versions had a DOS vulnerability in distributedhardware_device_manager when joining a network. Network attakcers can send an abonormal packet when joining a network, cause a nullptr reference and device reboot.
NULL-pointer dereference vulnerabilities in Aqara Hub M2 4.3.6_0027, Hub M3 4.3.6_0025, and Camera Hub G3 4.1.9_0027 in the JSON processing enable denial-of-service attacks through malformed JSON inputs.
Unexpected Pointer Aliasing in IEEE 802154 Fragment Reassembly in Zephyr. Zephyr versions >= >=2.4.0 contain NULL Pointer Dereference (CWE-476). For more information, see https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/security/advisories/GHSA-p86r-gc4r-4mq3
A NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in the PFE management daemon (evo-pfemand) of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved on ACX7024, ACX7024X, ACX7100-32C, ACX7100-48L, ACX7348, ACX7509 devices allows an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS). Whenever specific valid multicast traffic is received on any layer 3 interface the evo-pfemand process crashes and restarts. Continued receipt of specific valid multicast traffic results in a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) attack. This issue affects Junos OS Evolved on ACX7024, ACX7024X, ACX7100-32C, ACX7100-48L, ACX7348, ACX7509: * from 23.2R2-EVO before 23.2R2-S4-EVO, * from 23.4R1-EVO before 23.4R2-EVO. This issue affects IPv4 and IPv6. This issue does not affect Junos OS Evolved ACX7024, ACX7024X, ACX7100-32C, ACX7100-48L, ACX7348, ACX7509 versions before 23.2R2-EVO.
A NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in the Packet Forwarding Engine (PFE) of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved allows an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS). When Layer 2 traffic is sent through a logical interface, MAC learning happens. If during this process, the interface flaps, an Advanced Forwarding Toolkit manager (evo-aftmand-bt) core is observed. This leads to a PFE restart. The crash reoccurs if the same sequence of events happens, which will lead to a sustained DoS condition. This issue affects Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved 23.2-EVO versions earlier than 23.2R1-S1-EVO, 23.2R2-EVO.
A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in TRENDnet TEW-637AP and TEW-638APB 1.2.7/1.3.0.106. This affects the function sub_41DED0 of the file /bin/goahead of the component HTTP Request Handler. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. Access to the local network is required for this attack. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was found in TRENDnet TEW-410APB 1.3.06b. It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is the function sub_4019A0 of the file /usr/sbin/httpd of the component HTTP Request Handler. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. The attack needs to be initiated within the local network. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was found in TRENDnet TI-G102i 1.0.7.S0_ /1.0.8.S0_ and classified as problematic. This issue affects the function plugins_call_handle_uri_raw of the file /usr/sbin/lighttpd of the component HTTP Request Handler. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. The attack can only be done within the local network. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was found in TRENDnet TEW-411BRP+ 2.07. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is the function sub_401DB0 of the file /usr/sbin/httpd of the component HTTP Request Handler. The manipulation leads to null pointer dereference. The attack can only be initiated within the local network. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. In Wireshark 3.0.x before 3.0.8, the BT ATT dissector could crash. This was addressed in epan/dissectors/packet-btatt.c by validating opcodes.
In Bluetooth, there is a possible crash due to a missing null check. This could lead to remote denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android-13Android ID: A-179161657
