The Linux kernel, versions 3.9+, is vulnerable to a denial of service attack with low rates of specially modified packets targeting IP fragment re-assembly. An attacker may cause a denial of service condition by sending specially crafted IP fragments. Various vulnerabilities in IP fragmentation have been discovered and fixed over the years. The current vulnerability (CVE-2018-5391) became exploitable in the Linux kernel with the increase of the IP fragment reassembly queue size.

An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the TeamViewer DEX Client (former 1E Client) - Content Distribution Service (NomadBranch.exe) prior version 26.1 for Windows allows a remote attacker to leak stack memory and cause a denial of service via a crafted request. The leaked stack memory could be used to bypass ASLR remotely and facilitate exploitation of other vulnerabilities on the affected system.
zlib before 1.2.12 allows memory corruption when deflating (i.e., when compressing) if the input has many distant matches.
Null pointer dereference in Windows Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.

Buffer over-read in Windows GDI+ allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
A message out-of-bounds read vulnerability in Trend Micro Apex Central could allow a remote attacker to create a denial-of-service condition on affected installations. Please note: authentication is not required in order to exploit this vulnerability.
A message unchecked NULL return value vulnerability in Trend Micro Apex Central could allow a remote attacker to create a denial-of-service condition on affected installations. Please note: authentication is not required in order to exploit this vulnerability..
A NULL pointer dereference in Nitro PDF Pro for Windows v14.41.1.4 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted XFA packet.
Out-of-bounds read in Windows Internet Information Services allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
The Negotiate Security Software Provider (SSP) interface in Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash from null dereference) or execute arbitrary code via a crafted SPNEGO NegTokenInit request during authentication protocol selection.
Denial of service due to unauthenticated API endpoint. The following products are affected: Acronis Agent (Windows, macOS, Linux) before build 30161.
IBM Db2 11.5.0 through 11.5.9, and 12.1.0 through 12.1.4 is vulnerable to a denial of service when executing a specially crafted query with a small statement heap.
IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows 11.1 and 11.5 may be vulnerable to a Denial of Service when executing a specially crafted 'Load' command. IBM X-Force ID: 241676.
Microsoft Defender Denial of Service Vulnerability
IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty 18.0.0.2 through 25.0.0.8 is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by sending a specially-crafted request. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the server to consume memory resources.
IBM MQ 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 LTS and 9.3, 9.4 CD is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by improper enforcement of the timeout on individual read operations. By conducting slowloris-type attacks, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial of service.
Uncontrolled resource consumption in Windows Remote Procedure Call allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
Uncontrolled resource consumption in Windows Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.

Allocation of resources without limits in the parsing components in Amazon Athena ODBC driver before 2.1.0.0 might allow a threat actor to cause a denial of service by delivering crafted input that triggers excessive resource consumption during the driver's parsing operations. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 2.1.0.0.
