The 1Password application 6.8 for Android is affected by a Denial Of Service vulnerability. By starting the activity com.agilebits.onepassword.filling.openyolo.OpenYoloDeleteActivity or com.agilebits.onepassword.filling.openyolo.OpenYoloRetrieveActivity from an external application (since they are exported), it is possible to crash the 1Password instance.
An issue was discovered in the AbuseFilter extension for MediaWiki through 1.35.2. It improperly handled account blocks for certain automatically created MediaWiki user accounts, thus allowing nefarious users to remain unblocked.
An issue was discovered in the AbuseFilter extension for MediaWiki through 1.35.2. It incorrectly executed certain rules related to blocking accounts after account creation. Such rules would allow for user accounts to be created while blocking only the IP address used to create an account (and not the user account itself). Such rules could also be used by a nefarious, unprivileged user to catalog and enumerate any number of IP addresses related to these account creations.
IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes Db2 Connect Server) 9.7, 10.1, 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5 could allow a user with DBADM authority to access other databases and read or modify files. IBM X-Force ID: 199914.
An issue has been discovered in GitLab affecting all versions before 16.7.6, all versions starting from 16.8 before 16.8.3, all versions starting from 16.9 before 16.9.1. It was possible for group members with sub-maintainer role to change the title of privately accessible deploy keys associated with projects in the group.
A remote authentication restriction bypass vulnerability was discovered in Aruba AirWave Management Platform version(s): Prior to 8.2.12.0. A vulnerability in the AirWave web-based management interface could allow an authenticated remote attacker to improperly access and modify devices and management user details. A successful exploit would consist of an attacker using a lower privileged account to change management user or device details. This could allow the attacker to escalate privileges and/or change network details that they should not have access to.
In Dataiku DSS before 8.0.6, insufficient access control in the Jupyter notebooks integration allows users (who have coding permissions) to read and overwrite notebooks in projects that they are not authorized to access.
Mattermost fails to disable public Boards after the "Enable Publicly-Shared Boards" configuration option is disabled, resulting in previously-shared public Boards to remain accessible.
Pimcore Web2Print Tools Bundle adds tools for web-to-print use cases to Pimcore. Prior to 5.2.2 and 6.1.1, the application fails to enforce proper server-side authorization checks on the API endpoint responsible for managing "Favourite Output Channel Configurations." Testing revealed that an authenticated backend user without explicitely lacking permissions for this feature was still able to successfully invoke the endpoint and modify or retrieve these configurations. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.2.2 and 6.1.1.
A security issue was discovered in ingress-nginx where a user that can create or update ingress objects can use .metadata.annotations in an Ingress object (in the networking.k8s.io or extensions API group) to obtain the credentials of the ingress-nginx controller. In the default configuration, that credential has access to all secrets in the cluster.
A security issue was discovered in Kubernetes where a user may be able to create a container with subpath volume mounts to access files & directories outside of the volume, including on the host filesystem.
Insecure permissions in RuoYi v4.8.0 allows authenticated attackers to escalate privileges by assigning themselves higher level roles.
The Bulk Datetime Change WordPress plugin before 1.12 does not enforce capability checks which allows users with Contributor roles to 1) list private post titles of other users and 2) change the posted date of other users' posts.
A security issue was discovered in ingress-nginx where a user that can create or update ingress objects can use the spec.rules[].http.paths[].path field of an Ingress object (in the networking.k8s.io or extensions API group) to obtain the credentials of the ingress-nginx controller. In the default configuration, that credential has access to all secrets in the cluster.
A security issue was discovered in ingress-nginx where a user that can create or update ingress objects can use the custom snippets feature to obtain all secrets in the cluster.
Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus before 14202, ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 14300, and SupportCenter Plus before 14300 have a privilege escalation vulnerability in the Release module that allows unprivileged users to access the Reminders of a release ticket and make modifications.
Improper authorization in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions since 12.6 allowed guest users to create issues for Sentry errors and track their status
A flaw was found in pki-core. An attacker who has successfully compromised a key could use this flaw to renew the corresponding certificate over and over again, as long as it is not explicitly revoked. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.
Magento versions 2.4.1 (and earlier), 2.4.0-p1 (and earlier) and 2.3.6 (and earlier) are vulnerable to an insecure direct object vulnerability (IDOR) in the customer API module. Successful exploitation could lead to sensitive information disclosure and update arbitrary information on another user's account.
A vulnerability has been identified in SINEMA Remote Connect Server (All versions < V3.2 SP1). Affected applications do not properly separate the rights to edit device settings and to edit settings for communication relations. This could allow an authenticated attacker with the permission to manage devices to gain access to participant groups that the attacked does not belong to.
Synapse is a Matrix protocol homeserver written in Python with the Twisted framework. A discovered oEmbed or image URL can bypass the `url_preview_url_blacklist` setting potentially allowing server side request forgery or bypassing network policies. Impact is limited to IP addresses allowed by the `url_preview_ip_range_blacklist` setting (by default this only allows public IPs) and by the limited information returned to the client: 1. For discovered oEmbed URLs, any non-JSON response or a JSON response which includes non-oEmbed information is discarded. 2. For discovered image URLs, any non-image response is discarded. Systems which have URL preview disabled (via the `url_preview_enabled` setting) or have not configured a `url_preview_url_blacklist` are not affected. This issue has been addressed in version 1.85.0. Users are advised to upgrade. User unable to upgrade may also disable URL previews.
A security defect was identified in Foundry workspace-server that enabled a user to bypass an authorization check and view settings related to 'Developer Mode'. This enabled users with insufficient privilege the ability to view and interact with Developer Mode settings in a limited capacity. A fix was deployed with workspace-server 7.7.0.
In OMERO before 5.6.1, group owners can access members' data in other groups.
The WP JobHunt plugin for WordPress, used by the JobCareer theme, is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 7.6. This is due to insufficient login restrictions on inactive and pending accounts. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Candidate- and Employer-level access and above, to log in to the site even if their account is inactive or pending.
Reflected XSS attacks, also known as non-persistent attacks, occur when a malicious script is reflected off a web application to the victim's browser. The script is activated through a link, which sends a request to a website with a vulnerability that enables execution of malicious scripts.
Discourse is an open source discussion platform. In versions prior to 3.5.4, 2025.11.2, 2025.12.1, and 2026.1.0, an endpoint lets any authenticated user bypass the ai_discover_persona access controls and gain ongoing DM access to personas that may be wired to staff-only categories, RAG document sets, or automated tooling, enabling unauthorized data disclosure. Because the controller also accepts arbitrary user_id, an attacker can impersonate other accounts to trigger unwanted AI conversations on their behalf, generating confusing or abusive PM traffic. This issue is patched in versions 3.5.4, 2025.11.2, 2025.12.1, and 2026.1.0. No known workarounds are available.
In symfony/security-http before versions 4.4.7 and 5.0.7, when a `Firewall` checks access control rule, it iterate overs each rule's attributes and stops as soon as the accessDecisionManager decides to grant access on the attribute, preventing the check of next attributes that should have been take into account in an unanimous strategy. The accessDecisionManager is now called with all attributes at once, allowing the unanimous strategy being applied on each attribute. This issue is patched in versions 4.4.7 and 5.0.7.
In wagtail-2fa before 1.4.1, any user with access to the CMS can view and delete other users 2FA devices by going to the correct path. The user does not require special permissions in order to do so. By deleting the other users device they can disable the target users 2FA devices and potentially compromise the account if they figure out their password. The problem has been patched in version 1.4.1.
Frappe Learning is a learning system that helps users structure their content. Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 2.41.0, when admins revoked a role from the user, the effect was not immediate because of caching. The issue has been fixed in version 2.41.0 by ensuring the cache is cleared after roles are updated.
Discourse is an open source discussion platform. A privilege escalation vulnerability in versions prior to 3.5.4, 2025.11.2, 2025.12.1, and 2026.1.0 allows a non-admin moderator to bypass email-change restrictions, allowing a takeover of non-staff accounts. This issue is patched in versions 3.5.4, 2025.11.2, 2025.12.1, and 2026.1.0. As a workaround, ensure moderators are trusted or enable the "require_change_email_confirmation" setting.
Discourse is an open source discussion platform. In versions prior to 3.5.4, 2025.11.2, 2025.12.1, and 2026.1.0, non-admin moderators with the `moderators_change_post_ownership` setting enabled can change ownership of posts in private messages and restricted categories they cannot access, then export their data to view the content. This is a broken access control vulnerability affecting sites that grant moderators post ownership transfer permissions. This issue is patched in versions 3.5.4, 2025.11.2, 2025.12.1, and 2026.1.0. The patch adds visibility checks for both the topic and posts before allowing ownership transfer. As a workaround, disable the `moderators_change_post_ownership` site setting to prevent non-admin moderators from using the post ownership transfer feature.
Liferay Portal 7.4.0 through 7.4.3.109, and older unsupported versions, and Liferay DXP 2023.Q3.1 through 2023.Q3.4, 7.4 GA through update 92, 7.3 GA through update 35, and older unsupported versions does not limit access to APIs before a user has verified their email address, which allows remote users to access and edit content via the API.
Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud. Prior to version 0.48.0, Omni Wireguard SideroLink has the potential to escape. Omni and each Talos machine establish a peer-to-peer (P2P) SideroLink connection using WireGuard to mutually authenticate and authorize access. The WireGuard interface on Omni is configured to ensure that the source IP address of an incoming packet matches the IPv6 address assigned to the Talos peer. However, it performs no validation on the packet's destination address. The Talos end of the SideroLink connection cannot be considered a trusted environment. Workloads running on Kubernetes, especially those configured with host networking, could gain direct access to this link. Therefore, a malicious workload could theoretically send arbitrary packets over the SideroLink interface. This issue has been patched in version 0.48.0.
Jenkins before versions 2.44 and 2.32.2 is vulnerable to an insufficient permission check. This allows users with permissions to create new items (e.g. jobs) to overwrite existing items they don't have access to (SECURITY-321).
Under certain conditions, an authenticated user request may execute with stale privileges following an intentional change by an authorized administrator. This issue affects MongoDB Server v5.0 version prior to 5.0.31, MongoDB Server v6.0 version prior to 6.0.24, MongoDB Server v7.0 version prior to 7.0.21 and MongoDB Server v8.0 version prior to 8.0.5.

Improper input validation in Kubernetes CSI sidecar containers for external-provisioner (<v0.4.3, <v1.0.2, v1.1, <v1.2.2, <v1.3.1), external-snapshotter (<v0.4.2, <v1.0.2, v1.1, <1.2.2), and external-resizer (v0.1, v0.2) could result in unauthorized PersistentVolume data access or volume mutation during snapshot, restore from snapshot, cloning and resizing operations.
Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in Wpsoul Greenshift – animation and page builder blocks allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects Greenshift – animation and page builder blocks: from n/a through 9.7.
vantage6 is privacy preserving federated learning infrastructure. Prior to version 4.0.0, malicious users may try to get access to resources they are not allowed to see, by creating resources with integers as names. One example where this is a risk, is when users define which users are allowed to run algorithms on their node. This may be defined by username or user id. Now, for example, if user id 13 is allowed to run tasks, and an attacker creates a username with username '13', they would be wrongly allowed to run an algorithm. There may also be other places in the code where such a mixup of resource ID or name leads to issues. Version 4.0.0 contains a patch for this issue. The best solution is to check when resources are created or modified, that the resource name always starts with a character.
A flaw was found in keycloak affecting versions 11.0.3 and 12.0.0. An expired certificate would be accepted by the direct-grant authenticator because of missing time stamp validations. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.
The vulnerability allows authenticated users with only produce or consume permissions to modify topic-level policies, such as retention, TTL, and offloading settings. These management operations should be restricted to users with the tenant admin role or super user role. This issue affects Apache Pulsar versions from 2.7.1 to 2.10.5, from 2.11.0 to 2.11.3, from 3.0.0 to 3.0.2, from 3.1.0 to 3.1.2, and 3.2.0. 2.10 Apache Pulsar users should upgrade to at least 2.10.6. 2.11 Apache Pulsar users should upgrade to at least 2.11.4. 3.0 Apache Pulsar users should upgrade to at least 3.0.3. 3.1 Apache Pulsar users should upgrade to at least 3.1.3. 3.2 Apache Pulsar users should upgrade to at least 3.2.1. Users operating versions prior to those listed above should upgrade to the aforementioned patched versions or newer versions.
A low privilege authenticated user could import an existing dashboard or chart that they do not have access to and then modify its metadata, thereby gaining ownership of the object. However, it's important to note that access to the analytical data of these charts and dashboards would still be subject to validation based on data access privileges. This issue affects Apache Superset: before 3.0.4, from 3.1.0 before 3.1.1.Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.1.1, which fixes the issue.
Liferay Portal 7.2.0 through 7.4.1, and older unsupported versions, and Liferay DXP 7.3 before service pack 3, 7.2 before fix pack 15, and older unsupported versions does not properly restrict membership of a child site when the "Limit membership to members of the parent site" option is enabled, which allows remote authenticated users to add users who are not a member of the parent site to a child site. The added user may obtain permission to perform unauthorized actions in the child site.
Umbraco is an ASP.NET content management system (CMS). Starting in version 8.0.0 and prior to versions 8.18.10, 10.8.1, and 12.3.4, users with low privileges (Editor, etc.) are able to access some unintended endpoints. Versions 8.18.10, 10.8.1, and 12.3.4 contain a patch for this issue.
An issue was discovered in 74cms v4.2.111. It allows remote authenticated users to read or modify arbitrary resumes by changing a job-search intention, as demonstrated by the index.php?c=Personal&a=ajax_save_basic pid parameter.
Mastodon is a free, open-source social network server based on ActivityPub. Prior to versions 4.5.5, 4.4.12, and 4.3.18, an insecure direct object reference in the web push subscription update endpoint lets any authenticated user update another user's push subscription by guessing or obtaining the numeric subscription id. This can be used to disrupt push notifications for other users and also leaks the web push subscription endpoint. Any user with a web push subscription is impacted, because another authenticated user can tamper with their push subscription settings if they can guess or obtain the subscription id. This allows an attacker to disrupt push notifications by changing the policy (whether to filter notifications from non-followers or non-followed users) and subscribed notification types of their victims. Additionally, the endpoint returns the subscription object, which includes the push notification endpoint for this subscription, but not its keypair. Mastodon versions v4.5.5, v4.4.12, v4.3.18 are patched.
Incomplete authorization of linked device synchronization messages in WhatsApp for iOS prior to v2.25.21.73, WhatsApp Business for iOS v2.25.21.78, and WhatsApp for Mac v2.25.21.78 could have allowed an unrelated user to trigger processing of content from an arbitrary URL on a target’s device. We assess that this vulnerability, in combination with an OS-level vulnerability on Apple platforms (CVE-2025-43300), may have been exploited in a sophisticated attack against specific targeted users.
XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform. Starting in version 3.0-milestone-1, it's possible to execute a script with the right of another user, provided the target user does not have programming right. The problem has been patched in XWiki 14.8-rc-1, 14.4.5, and 13.10.10. There are no known workarounds for this issue.
OAuth2-Proxy is an open source reverse proxy that provides authentication with Google, Github or other providers. The `--gitlab-group` flag for group-based authorization in the GitLab provider stopped working in the v7.0.0 release. Regardless of the flag settings, authorization wasn't restricted. Additionally, any authenticated users had whichever groups were set in `--gitlab-group` added to the new `X-Forwarded-Groups` header to the upstream application. While adding GitLab project based authorization support in #630, a bug was introduced where the user session's groups field was populated with the `--gitlab-group` config entries instead of pulling the individual user's group membership from the GitLab Userinfo endpoint. When the session groups where compared against the allowed groups for authorization, they matched improperly (since both lists were populated with the same data) so authorization was allowed. This impacts GitLab Provider users who relies on group membership for authorization restrictions. Any authenticated users in your GitLab environment can access your applications regardless of `--gitlab-group` membership restrictions. This is patched in v7.1.0. There is no workaround for the Group membership bug. But `--gitlab-project` can be set to use Project membership as the authorization checks instead of groups; it is not broken.
IBM Security Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager 3.0, 3.0.1, 4.0, 4.1, and 4.1.1 could allow an authenticated user to perform actions that they should not have access to due to improper authorization. IBM X-Force ID: 247630.
